    I used smogon for help since I'm new to battling competitively. Can anybody tell me if this team needs some changes, or if this team is already good? Thank you.

    The team looks pretty good. Just a few little things to fix.

    1) Sylveon's EV spread should be 252 HP, 244 Defense, 12 Sp.Attack. This allows it to be a mixed wall and take better advantage of its Fighting and Dark resistances. It has good special bulk naturally, so little investment is needed in that.

    2)Skarmory's nature should be Impish. Bold hinders Brave Bird's damage.

    3) Don't bother with Scald on Greninja. Use either Surf or Hydro Pump.
     
    Lucarionite is banned in Smogon OU. Instead, you'll have to make do with regular Lucario:
    -Swords Dance
    -Close Combat
    -Extreme Speed
    -Iron Tail/Earthquake/Ice Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    It's better to use a physically defensive spread on Sylveon, as most of its resistances are physical: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe is the best spread to use in this case.

    Use an Impish nature if you intend to use Brave Bird on Skarmory.

    If you don't intend to use U-turn on Greninja, use the last 4 EVs on HP or either defensive stat. And Hydro Pump should be the secondary option along with Surf because of the increased power.

    You could probably get away with using Calm, but Bold is the preferred nature. And make sure it has Pixilate if using Hyper Voice.
