Need your opinion on Printing Error - Obsidian Flames Houndoom EX Card

I collect Pokemon cards and after opening a booster pack I got my hands on a card with a printing error. The error card is much misaligned in both sides. The front side is totally missing all the 2023 Pokemon / Nintendo ... text and the back side is not centered at all. My question is in your opinions does it worth to grade it ? or those errors have no value at all ? I also have the proper no error card so here is an image showing both.

Quality control isn't what it once was. Since BW at least, miscuts haven't been terribly uncommon.

I believe miscut/off-center cards tend to score a lower grade.
