I think his US name is either Barry or Cedric. I disagree with Pearl, since I don't like the idea of naming characters after versions.

It's surprising how in the manga, they didn't change Red's name to FireRed. Hi! My name is FireRed!

True, he hasn't really delivered there recently, hell he even missed out on the summer one. Unless it was the hot springs one which IMO wasn't that great.
