Banners are different with each skin. So, why would we need a new one exactly? If you don't like your current one, experiment with other skins in the User CP, Edit Options section.Midnight Beat

Banner? Do you mean at the top of the page?

It's a slogan that's been here for over 5 and a half years. Don't expect it to change at the drop of a hat.
