Fall is Autumn to the rest of the world, which probably means Europe will be getting Emerald around the same time as Australia.

Although saying that, Aus and Europe often vary considerably on isolated occasions. Take Animal Crossing for example. That came out a year or so in Aus before Europe. But there are also other games that come out in Aus later than Europe. Theoretically, they should come out at the same time, since they both use PAL regional coding... but knowing Nintendo, one region will get it before the other... Shame really.
Oh, and Fall is a weird American term. America seems to invent things that none of the rest of the world uses... strange really. GO AUTUMN! XD
