Well, I was browsing AWKWARD ZOMBIE's 'The Big Pokemon Thread of Horror',
and I came across this link: https://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessage.php?board=960099&topic=54152536
For those who can't click on links (Unlikely) or if the link is broken, here's the method.
To perform this glitch, you need...
-One Ditto
-One pokemon with Rage
OR...
-One Ditto
-One Smeargle with moves you want to copy + Rage
-One double battle.
METHOD ONE:
1. Keep Ditto as the first pokemon in your Party.
2. Encounter Rage pokemon.
3. Transform into Rage pokemon.
4. Use Rage.
5. Have the message, 'Ditto's Rage is building!' at least once.
6. Spam Rage until pokemon dies.
OR...
METHOD TWO:
1. Have Ditto and Smeargle in the front two slots of your party.
2. Enter Double Battle.
3. Transform into Smeargle.
4. Repeat 5 through 6 of Method One.
... At least, I think that's how it goes. Discuss.
EDIT: Whoops, wrong Forum.
Extra EDIT: Whoops, forgot to mention what it does. As Yusshin said, it permanantly copies the opponent's moveset.
