Hiya, I'm Ly! (like "lee")


I'm a life-long Pokemon fan, having started young with gen 3 (Sapphire). I grew up playing all the games as they came out, and the only ones I've missed are Ultra Sun/Moon. I'm still a pretty casual player, never really focusing on min-maxing IVs, Evs, natures, etc. or finding the most optimal team, and instead playing more with Pokes that I think are fun!

That said, I'm looking to maybe get more into some romhacks, hopefully some difficulty hacks, and maybe even the competitive scene at some point?

My biggest accomplishment in Pokemon was my living dex in the base game of Sword!

I don't remember the whole party, but I did have a Blaziken and a Beautifly that somehow carried me through the Elite 4? My friend traded me the Wurmple and I used it for the entire run, which is very silly looking back on it.

For challenging fan games, I can suggest Reborn! It is also one of the too rare fan games to have a Pokémon treated as a character in the story. ^^
Those who made it also have another called Rejuvenation!

For challenging fan games, I can suggest Reborn! It is also one of the too rare fan games to have a Pokémon treated as a character in the story. ^^

1. My favorite type is probably Fairy! I love the general aesthetic, and I think the type matchups are interesting ^^

2. Oh, picking top three makes this a bit easier. Mudkip because it's my favorite starter, Sprigatito, and Fennekin! I will say that I wish they kept Sprigatito's little feets on the ground when he evolves, but I don't necessarily mind the actual forms we got?

Fairy is fantastic! I'm a big fan of Azurill, as it's just a cute lil guy! And yeah I have an inkling on what yours could be haha
