Hiya all!!! I'm gonna make a fire red hack called Pokemon Jet All. In this game you can hopefully catch all of the pokemons in all the games not including the gen6 pokemon. I'm just a normal almost 12 year old kid. Just to let you know, I'm a Boy( ur derr) this is my first time here. :( I got into pokemon at like 8 yrs old and I actually enjoyed pokemon games from then on. You might ask me what is my favourite pokemon, well me and my pokemon friends didn't really get along on which was the most powerful pokemon but I have to say garchomp is my favourite pokemon. S now let's go on to the hack.

The game would be a little harder than the original fire red due to the huge amount of pokemon you can catch and train. Some evolutions will be changed of the lv and all of the legendaries will be obtainable. Though the map will not change lots of things will be different. Comments and reviews both negative or helpful would be welcome

Hey there Oliver, and welcome to the wonderful world of PC!
If you are looking to make a hack, i highly suggest you check out the *Hacks and Emu* Forums, where people can help you out and give you some feedback on your work! I would suggest though you check out all the other forums as well, there is really a lot to see and talk about around here! So give PC a chance and see what else there is (: I hope you have a lot of fun and enjoy your stay!!
Looking forward to check out your hack :D
    See you ^^

Hi Oliver, and welcome to PC!

Like most hackers who join, I'd follow Zorogami's advice and get over to the Emulation & ROM Hacking section. It's the best place for hackers to hang out and not only share their projects but also look at existing hacks. There's a lot of good ones like AshGray, Flora Sky, Snakewood, Shiny Gold and more, and while I'm not a hacker myself (too many codes lol) I still came to PC because I love helping new members out. I'm not really the best person to help with hacks, but you can always try asking giradialkia and DrFuji who are the mods of that section and therefore should be able to help you.

Anyways, I do hope you stick around as an active member, and PC has loads more topics than just ROM hacks if you ever need a break from them. Remember to read the rules wherever you go, because they are there for a reason. And also asking any staff members (like those two I mentioned earlier) is good because their job involves helping people. Have fun alright and I'll see ya!

What's up, Oliver! Great to have more faces on PokeCommunity and good to meet you. :D We've already talked over private message but I'd like to greet you personally now, right?

Aw, don't be shy about being here for the first time, we're a chill forum and love having new members. Hacking is pretty big here so you'll find a lot of tools over in the Emulation board to keep you busy, so I definitely recommend looking around that entire board. Zorogami and Hikari have already made some lovely suggestions for you. I'm not a hacker myself but there are many people here who are, so finding a bit of help when you need it shouldn't be too hard. If you're intimidated to work on your hack on your own you can always join a team and get to work that way! It's always much easier to work on things with a group of people rather than on your own. But learning things by yourself gives you valuable information, too, so whatever you choose to do will be just fine. Your hack seems like an improved version of FireRed, which does sound very cool actually. :) I love harder versions of existing games - they make me feel like I'm playing an official Pokemon game only with harder difficulty.

Garchomp is awesome, too! Cynthia's always gave me so many problems. I don't know what I think the strongest Pokemon is since there are so many with all sorts of strengths and weaknesses, but it's no competition that Garchomp is high up there. Luckily there's always an ice type move to take him down, baha.

You're pretty young but you'll fit well into PC regardless! Whether you're young or old, a new or longtime Pokemon fan, we looove having new peeps here. If you need any help on where to post something here, you can always contact me or another staff member! We're the members with the blue, orange, and red names. You can also ask for help in the wonderful Questions & Feedback board~ this is the go-to board for assistance with the forum itself (so hacking questions would go in Emulation).

That's all from me, have an awesome time here Oliver!
