New signature limiter

The entire signature cannot exceed 550 x 500. That includes both images and text.

Not a lot of people answered those PMs though. @_@; Yeah it looks a little weird but maybe they'll actually change it then. It's its own follow-through.
Best we can do without a hack, really. And I think it works fine.

It automatically wraps things that aren't over the limit, like my quote box.

If I added much more to it, it would send me over the limit. -_-

When stuff like quote boxes and such are put at the full width, then sigs are a lot shorter than before. This new thing will only make things longer.

Yeah, I see that. =\ I think it?s cause it forces at least a certain width, it does something different for the height. Hmm.

The height is fine, the width is just plain annoying.
