New signature limiter

There's no red box around it, so that means you're fine.

Well looks like I'll try to put in more stuff going to thr Right/Left.
But I don't wanna make my sig any bigger,I'll keep it like this.
 
Centered sigs look mighty funky.

grr... it would be nicer if it sent an automatic PM... this looks strange...
 
Not a lot of people answered those PMs though. @_@; Yeah it looks a little weird but maybe they'll actually change it then. It's its own follow-through.
Best we can do without a hack, really. And I think it works fine.
 
It automatically wraps things that aren't over the limit, like my quote box.

If I added much more to it, it would send me over the limit. -_-

When stuff like quote boxes and such are put at the full width, then sigs are a lot shorter than before. This new thing will only make things longer.

Example:

I don't see that in Opera. Might be something to do with the postbit part of it…I'll look.

EDIT: The limiter stuffs everyone's sig up by shoving it over to one side...

Yeah, I see that. =\ I think it?s cause it forces at least a certain width, it does something different for the height. Hmm.
 
?maybe if I can duplicate what it does to the height for the width, center tags won?t screw up like this. I?ll take it out for the moment though.
 
It's a nice idea to prevent more scrolling because of big sigs. X_X
 
The height is fine, the width is just plain annoying.

But I see it's been changed...
 
Yes, it's too much scrolling in MacOSX... X_X... even with a wheel. =p
 
@ Greggy: It hasn't been changed, it's been temporarily turned off. >.<
 
I left the groundwork there should I figure out a way to make it work. Which is unlikely, since PHP/CSS and I just…don't get along. >_>;

Well I'm just going to try to replicate what it does for the height, though odds are we'll have to keep looking on this sig stuff. o_x;
 
Just leave it off. :P I love my presidential campaign banner XD. It has penguins on it.
 
If I could get it fixed though there'd be much rejoicing about the subject o no more sig worries
