I shrugged, and an idea came to me also. "Heres a twist" I said "None of us can use jutsu, but kekkei genkai are fair game, deal?" I said, my eyes still watching his movements "since most of us dont need handsigns to activate ours, if they are, forget what I said" I added, cracking my neck lightly and focusing only on kakashi's spirit energy. At such a low level it wouldn't be hard to miss, so all I had to do was focus on it, rather than what he was doing, but I'd have to watch his movements as well, my scyth wasnt a long range weapon, so it was useless....almost atleast, so Id have to use spirit energy and throwing weapons...or my spirit wire, uncuttable or breakable, it could connect to the loop at the end of my scyth, letting me use it in more ways than normal. "lets go then" I said after any other suggestions, pulling out my scyth.

"Um, Jino? You're going to tell Kurenai-sensei that we followed her and then not tell her that the only reason she didn't detect us is that we took an entirely different route to the Hokage's place?" Misoka hissed through clenched teeth at his partner. "And gathering information? I'm completely unable to detect genjutsu! The only reason I could tell there was genjutsu in the area when I slapped you was because I saw you hacking things that weren't there! For the love of Pete, couldn't you at least be a little bit modest? Oh, and Misa- I owe you one. Thanks for trying to save our butts back there- even if Jino messed it all up." Misoka finished by turning towards Jino, and giving him a withering glare. "If we're going to work as a team, you can't go all loose cannon like that. One day our lives could depend on you working with us. Jeez!"

Sorry guys, but I couldn't lie." Jino said while hanging his head slightly down." "Like I said, water under the bridge, now com on." Kurenai impatiently said to the group. Jino began to fallow Kurenai as she began to think. "Hm, this may be good for the three of them. Ok, stop here!" Jino looked around with a questionable look on his face. "But this isn't where the memorial is. "Yes but we are stopping here to train. Now Misa and Misoka battle with Jino." Jino's confused face went straight to a frightened yet confused look. Jino turned his head to look at Misa and Misoka. "Wha-what I have to fight with the two of them, but why? Kurenai sensei, why do I have to fight both of them?" "Because, I want you three to test yourselves... Now Misa and Misoka use your frustration on Jino and Jino....do what ever comes to your mind." "What, thats the best advise she can give me? Oh great....I should be fine as long as I can keep a good distance away from them. Now lets see, we are in a forest and-got it!" "Begin!" Kurenai yelled out to the three teammates.

Oh, joy.

Even as Jino announced he was ready, Misoka had already removed his scroll and summoned his weapon- this time, it was a pair of straight-bladed swords that seemed to have a wind-based design running along their hilt. He immediately reached into his weapons pack and removed a small, brown object- a hyorogan, or soldier pill. The energy contained would be more then enough for a three-minute red moon attack. The question was whether or not he could get close enough...

"Misa? Listen, can you use your Misudon and shield us for a little? I'm going to knock his jaw off." Misoka muttered, preparing to swallow the pill.

"If it can't be helped, I guess i'll fight." Jino took a stance and began to devise a plan. "If he shoots a chain at me and it fallows my movements then I should....lead it into a tree then use that to attack him.....Ah hah! You know I already have a plan that will make this battle be over so quick it wont be even funny" "Could he really have thought of something that fast? Reminds me of Shikamaru a bit, lets just see if his plan is affective." Kurenai thought to herself. Jino began to take out three kunai. He tied two of them together with a string and shuffled the kunai so Misa and Misoka wouldn't know witch ones are tied together. He then threw one kunai directly at Misoka. "Dodge this!"

"No thanks." Misoka said as the kunai came whistling towards him. Dropping the hyorogan, he whipped the swords in a quick, crescent shaped arc, hitting two kunai head-on. Both immediately stopped in mid-flight, falling to the ground with a soft thud. The final one, however, continued its journey towards Misa. Dammit! Oh, well, here I go to save the day... he muttered. With a flying leap, he moved himself into the path of the kunai, and brought up the sword in his left hand blocking the kunai's point with the flat of the blade. "Don't try to beat a weapons user at his own game, Jino!" he taunted, hoping the verbal jab would make him lose his focus, "You're not too bright, are you?" Not waiting for response, he gathered his chakra. Alright- I'm going to need some blood. There's nothing else for it- I dropped my emergency water earlier, and it'll take too long to look for the hyorogan. No, wait, I haven't eaten yet- I'd lose nutrients if I activated red moon state now. Well, I do have a partner... Misoka glanced at Misa, then hurriedly made his decision.

"Misa! Listen, I need you to donate a little bit of blood for me- just enough to cover my forehead. Is that Okay? I'd use mine, but I haven't eaten in a bit, so it's no good. If you have a hyorogan, that's better. Please?"

This was the most boring training session of Shiruba's life. He yawned mentally and wondered if he should attack to start the challenge. Kakashi did not seem to have his guard up, and the other two were just acting plain lazy. It was a perfect time to show how far above the rank of genin he was. Kakashi sensed this, and quickly nodded at the new idea, then held up three fingers.

"Ready..." Shiruba's muscles tensed as Kakashi's ring finger dropped.

"Set..." The middle finger dropped, and the tension was high. Suddenly, Kakashi disappeared, and Shiruba stared at the place he had been standing in shock. He could hear his sensei's voice from all around, and pictured in his mind the last finger dropping.

"Go."

"Me an idiot? Please, from my point of view, your the dumb one...Chinora!" Jino focused his chakra on one of the kunai and silently stuck it into a tree that was near to Misa and Misoka. "Good, now for the second part." Jino then began to take small tree limbs off the ground and threw them at Misoka and Misa. "Clone Jutsu!" Suddenly a poof of smoke appeared and as it disappeared three Jino's appeared. Two of them ran in a semi circle toward Misa and Misoka creating a complete circle in the middle of where the three where fighting. Misa and Misoka had no problem defeating the two clones. " Second part complete. Now I have to get to the middle of the circle that the clones made and use that technique." "Jino doesn't seem to be doing anything that would seem to be a plan. What is he doing?" Kurenai thought.

I grabbed my teammates by the back of teh neck and jumped backwards, plunging us into the trees behind us. "together" I muttered quietly, setting them on a branch and pulling out my scyth, following kakashi's movements through spiritual tracking. "I can follow his movements..so just stick close to me..." I added, noticing that the kakashi below us no longer had a spirit aura. 'thats not him....' I thought to myself, putting my scyth away and pulling out two smaller ones, wrapping spirit wires around their handles and waiting, finding kakashi about twelve meters behind us. I turned around, letting them know where he was.

"Together..." Shiruba turned to where Kakashi was, and pointed his finger like a gun as a threat to his sensei. Without warning, he lowered his arm and quickly turned around, kneeling down and turning his head back to his team mates.

"Keep an eye on him. I'm going to give our sensei a big surprise...Try to keep him here until I get back." Then he jumped, landing on a tree close by. A few jumps later, he was across the field, in the perfect area for his trap. He quickly set up a wire that would act as a decoy. Then, he began setting the real trap; A second, better hidden wire that would activate a single kunai a row of finger bones, and an explosion tag. Hopefully, Kakashi would instinctively duck when he feels the first wire, then trip the second one. The bones and kunai would fly out from behind him from the right and he would dodge it to the left, stepping under where the tag was placed to fall on his back.

I wonder how my team mates are doing...

I nodded, continuing to track kakashi, notiing he was getting closer to shirubia. I created a wire of spiritual energy and whipped it across the clearing, right next to shirubia, splitting the bark next to him silently on the tree. I hoped he would get the message that kakashi was coming twords him and remained where I was, following kakashi's movements closely. I hope he dosnt make it to obvious... I thought to myself, waiting to show my talents.

I waited there and saw the scene with the bark splitting. I got the message that Kakashi was getting closer to Shiruba and knew to just stay where I was. But then something didn't feel right. "Byakugan!" I mumbled as the veins popped out next to my eyes. I looked around and didn't see Kakashi anywhere. Then a figure appeared in front of me. I stopped Byakugan and noticed that it was Kakashi."Crap! So that wasn't you going towards Shiruba!" I said with a surprised look. I looked at the trunk of the tree Shiruba was at and saw that the Kakashi was an invisible shadow clone. "*whistle* You guys! Help!" I cried as Kakashi jumped behind me. "Lesson one : Never let your guard down." He said with an annoying plain stare. "Oh crap. Now I know what happens. He's gonna use thous-" I was interrupted as Kakashi made a tiger seal. "Now , Thousand Years of Pain!!!" He thrust his hands upward and I felt an immense pain in my behind area.

I flew in the air so high that I thought I was with the birds. The butt poke hurt and Naruto told me about when he got hit with it. "It hurt like hell!" was what he said. Kakashi jumped after me and I thought of an idea I could put into action. "You're about to fail , Yuuki!" Was all he said. I held my hand out and spoke three words."Feel wind's wrath!" I yelled. "Yuuki's special wind technique:Tornado thrust!" My hand was surrounded by wind and I thrusted my arm out at Kakashi when he got close. It struck him in the stomach and he grimaced in pain. He went back into the forest and I jumped after him. I landed onto a branch when I noticed he was gone. "You guys! He's got clones and shadow clones all over the place! Don't let you guard down!" I yelled to the others. I hoped they heard me and I went searching for Kakashi.

Bad news: Misoka had wasted energy destroying a clone.

Good news: He had found his hyorogan.

It had happened quite by accident. One of the clones had run by and attacked, and he had defended himself by swinging his sword. The clone had dissapeared in a puff of smoke, but as it did Misoka had seen the small, brown pellet underneath the area where its foot had been. He had snatched it up- one glance was all it took to confirm that it was, in fact, a chakra pill and not a rabbit dropping. Well, happy day. "Never mind the blood thing, Misa," he commented in a matter-of-fact tone of voice, "And for your own safety I would ask you to please stand down for a moment and attack on my command." He then turned to Jino. "Prepare yourself for the Kekkei Genkai of the Usagi clan," he began, before popping the hyorogan into his mouth. "Now tremble in fear of Red Moon!" he finished, just as an unearthly red light burst from his body, and his muscles bulged outwards, almost as if he had opened some hidden door. "Now, go!" he shouted, before launching himself forward, swords outstrectched, like a red flash of lighting. "Tsurugi Shipuu! Blade hurricane!" he shouted mentally as he moved his blades in a spinning arc, slashing at Jino's body.

"Well I have to admit, I didn't expect this. I think I can handle it." Jino rushed to the middle of the circle that was recently created and began to take out another three kunai and four shuriken. He tossed them onto the ground and Jino lifted his right arm and spoke. "Now it's time for my new technique, Tenkana no jutsu!" As Jino stood in the same position, wind began to spin around his body and got taller and taller until it became a full tornado that Jino controlled. The small tree limbs, kunai, and shuriken were all sucked in and began to fly around. "Like my new technique?" Said Jino while trying to pull the two teammates into the tornado.

"Yeah- but it has one flaw" Misoka replied, as he launched himself forward. As he approached the tornado, he began swinging his blades in crescent-shaped arcs, moving them through some kind of bizarre dance. Slowly, the red glow around his body receded, but so did the wind. At last, the tornado had weakened to a mere gust of wind- and Misoka had the chance he had been waiting for. With a roar, the no longer glowing shinobi launched himself towards Jino, and smashed the hilt of his sword into the wind user's face.

Not bad, he congratulated himself, not bad at all. What Jino didn't know was that my scroll carries only six weapons, but they were all forged by master artisans from the best materials, and are designed for specific purposes. My Kazekiri swords were forged from chakra- accepting metal, and are able to counter Fuuton by reversing the flow of chakra in the wind. Instant technique shutdown- all I had to do was exit Red Moon state. And now Jino's runnin' low on chakra, most likely. We win... right?

Meanwhile, Kurenai was looking at her students. Jino is amazing- he has about twice the chakra control of every genin at his level. But Misoka seems to be a born strategist- he was able to completely reverse the situation within a minute. And Misa... she's got incredible defensive skills. Even if they aren't genjutsu users, those three have astonishing mental abilities. This will be a good three-man cell.

my eyes widened in surprise. I couldnt tell where his shadow clones were! It had just come to me that his shadowclones did not posses spirit aura's, even the faintest ones. "lets go" I said, jumping out of the trees, scyths in hand while my large scyth was still connected to my back. I saw where kakashi was and threw one of my scyth's like a boomarang, the spirit wire still conected. I heard a dead thunk as it hit the tree next to him, causing him to jump to the side. I took this chance to whip my other one at him, hoping it would make contact with him.

Jino fell to the ground instantly and as he got up he too congratulated Misoka. "Man, I really thought I had him but I guess I didn't. Eh, good job Misoka, now I have something to work towards...Beating you." Kurenai began to think again. "Hm, the way he summoned the wind...I could tell that there was barely any of his chakra in it. But if not then how did he control it so well? Oh, he must be close to becoming one with the wind. And after he becomes one with the wind, Misoka will have hard time beating Jino then. I think i'll work with Jino tomorrow and try to help him. This team is amazing, they will go far in the exam! It should actually be starting withing a couple month's. OK team, we are going to get our first mission. Now fallow me to get a mission from Tsunade-sama." Jino fallowed his sensei and began to get exited. " YES! Our first mission, i'v been waiting for this day for a while......Wait a minute, we have to do those lous- I mean those D-rank mission's?" Ason asked Kurenai with some what of a moaning sound. Kurenai moved her head as far as she could to the right so she could look at Jino. "Well, as much as I would like to do a mission in my rank, yes we have to do D-rank's...for now atlest."

Crap...Got to cut this short... Hearing the cry for help from his team mate, Shiruba decided to leave out the kunai. He then noticed a mark on one of the trees. It did not look like it was natural, and seemed very fresh. Suddenly, he understood it.

A warning?! He's after me! With a frantic burst of speed, Shiruba began heading to where he had heard the scream, and arrived just as Yuuki hit Kakashi with his technique. Hearing the warning soon after, he turned to his remaining team mate and sighed.

"I'm gone for five minutes, and this happens? Great..." A noisy clone ran up to Shiruba from behind, and he shot it in the chest with a finger bone. Another quieter one grabbed it from behind, and sharp bones from the genin's back sank into its chest. There was an ambush of four of them, and he took them all down with ease. It seemed that the clones didn't try to dodge.

"You find the real one while I hold these off. Yuuki may be chasing a clone--" Three clones charged him head-on, and he took them all out in an instant.

"What? With all my philanthropy, I should at least get to skip ONE D-ranker." Misoka complained, nodding to Jino. "I didn't beat you- I just stopped your technique. I might not have been as succesful if it weren't for the fact that I can summon the Kazekiri blades. By the way, here- an early birthday present. You can borrow these for a while, to make up for the lump on your chin." he grinned, holding out the two Kazekiri swords. "After all, we're friends, right? We don't need to fight each other to prove who's stronger. Eh?"

Jino turned to Misoka and spoke. "Of course we are friends. And actually you did win. I had a plan and it included using the tornado and since you can destroy it, there was no point on going on. And by the way, no thanks. I appreciate it but no thanks" .Kurenai turned all the way around. "I'm sorry, I don't think I heard you...Did I say we were taking a brake? NO! Ninja don't take brakes when they are tiiired so like I said, to the Hokage." Kurenai turned back around and headed forward. Jino jumped do to Kurenai's sudden out brake. "Sheesh. What's her problum?" Jino then started fallowing his sensei again.
