Yeah but remember, the Revolution has gamecube controller ports too. So it can do everything the other consoles can do ON TOP OF the brand new features and possibilities that the new controller offers. Man its gonna PWN!!!

I still can't beleive nobody has made a comment on the controller attachment stuff I posted lol that took me a while you know XD

Oh and Arcanine, I just noticed that some of the Nintendo club banners say "Nintedo" lol it made me laugh ^_^

I would but I dont think you can play GBC or GB games on and it doesnt have a link port so if thats true I don't think I will bother :P However if it can play old games and does have a link port, I might just get one ^_^
Or I might buy it if it comes with the play-yan and is worth the money so it can play MP3 and MPEG, that sounds cool :)
I don't know about getting one really XD But it does look cool!
(Is everyone ignoring me about my controller attachements stuff?)

Oh man, Nintendo are gunna kick ***, 3D movement is the closest thing to being literally put into the game thats ever been done. I hope people don't take it the wrong way because of how the controller looks.....I also hope they improve how it looks when they finalize it. OK, im gonna get on paint and dream up some controller attachments XD

I didn't make a NES one because apparantly you can just turn the controller around to use it as a NES controller XD Oh and I was actually thinking of using a banner, thats why I was looking in the first place, Is it OK if I use the one in your sig? Or is that for you only? ^_^

Oh yea, I forgot about being able to turn it sideways. I need to think a little. XD

Kind of, the one in the banner started out for everyone to use (that's why the "Owner/Founder" part of the banner is not on the main banner). But I really wanted one just for me.
But I am making a new banner for the club (I think I'm still going to keep this one). It's going to have the new Rev controller on it and it's going to have the white Rev and text etc.

Edit: I just got two banners up for the club (one of them is kind of like mine but not the same). And I fixed the two banners that was messed on on the "Nintendo" part (you might have to reload the image to see the change).
I really need to make some DS/GBA/SP/GBM banners. XD

Well Just incase any of you haven't seen this yet I'll post about it.
Here is a post FG made about the controller.

To people who are worried that it's too different from a regular controller, Nintendo will also be releasing a slide-on peripheral that will slide over the "remote" controller to give regular button layouts for playing games that best suit them. :)

In an interview with a Nintendo representative:
"The thorny issue of how games not designed specifically for the Revolution - multi-platform titles - will be played. He had the answer: "We're producing a classic-style expansion controller, based on traditional designs like the Gamecube controller. It's like a shell with a hole in the top into which you slot the freehand-style controller, and then you can play third-party ported games, and retro Nintendo games you've downloaded."

Even better, while it's inserted into the classic-style shell, the freehand controller will still be able to sense positioning, bringing more options to classic games."

I say don't knock it til' you've tried it ^_^ I think it has a lot of potential and can't wait to see it in action with a real Revolution game!

Now just to give you an idea on what the shell might look like, here is the IGN's idea on what it may look like.

To me it's going to be even better then before (before I found out about the shell). I was kind of wondering how I was going to play the Super Smash Bros game on the Rev and that part and that pic tells right there. I'm going to get the best of both worlds with the Rev controller. I get to play first-person shooters and swing swords around and all that kind of stuff with the remote. And I'll also get to play with the old style controller like what I'm used to. I think it's going to be really really sweet and I can't wait to get my Nintendo Revolution.

Thanks Arcanine. And yes the Revolution is going to be compatible with Gamecube accessories. So you should be able to use Gamecube controllers on the Revolution. But I really like the Gamecube shell that ign made. I hope Nintendo makes something like it.

I think they will make a GC Shell. I mean to most people the feel of the GC controller is better then any other controller out there. So I think they might play off that good design and make a shell in the shape of the GC controller (or something close to it). Now if the GC controller works as a Rev controller (meaning you can play Rev games with the GC controller) then they might not make a GC shell. I hope they go that way, I mean the PS3 can go up to 7 wireless controllers and it can have more wired controllers via it's USB ports. And the 360 has 4 wireless/wired ports and you can have more via it's 3 USB ports. So if the Rev doesn't have more then 4 then it will be behind. I hope it makes a total of 8 and maybe 2 more for it's USB ports making a total of 10. Now that would be sweet.

That I'm not sure of. Because the Rev has 4 GC controller ports on the top of it (I got a pic if you haven't seen it yet). So it may be for GC game (wireless) and it may not be.
