NFC - Nintendo Fan Club

In my opinion, Mario Kart DS is the only game worth playing. Sonic Rush too probably. I've played Advance Wars, Castlevania and Metriod Fusion on the GBA. They're not THAT good y'know.. <_<

If the DS can do 3D, why doesn't Nintendo get some pwning 3D games like Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts for the DS?
 
IMO the DS has better games then the PSP. All the PSP really has is just PS2 games put on the PSP.
I think Nintendo could do a little better, they should bring back some old N64 games that ruled. Like Star Fox 64, or LoZ: OOT, LoZ: MM, SSB (I guess it would be kind of hard to play on it), and there are tons of others out there that'd make great titles for the DS.
And as it stands now, the DS does have some great games. Mario 64 DS (sure it might be a N64 game, but it does have new stuff on it), Metroid Pinball (well I like pinball so I love this game), Nintendogs (it's not babyish, it's just it gets boring), M&L: Partners in Time (I haven't played it but I heard it's really good), Meteos (I been really wanting to pick up this game, I'm a fan of simple games like that), WarioWare: Touched (great use for the DS, lots of touch screen mini games), and one of the best and my fav right now is Mario Kart: DS. And there's lots of others.

And if Square doesn't want a game on the DS then there's nothing Nintendo can do about it.

The DS has lots of good games already. Super Mario 64 DS, Wario Ware Touched!, Yoshi Touch & Go, Kirby Canvas Curse, Meteos, Nintendogs, Advance Wars: Dual Strike, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Viewtiful Joe: Double Trouble, Sonic Rush, Mario Kart DS, Tony Hawk's American Sk8land, Animal Crossing: Wild World, Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. The PSP can't beat that. And plus most PSP games are ports. Max, it seems like you want more RPG's on the DS. There are a lot of RPG's coming out this year, like ASH, Final Fantasy III, Tales of Tempest, Children Of Mana, and more that I can't think of. And you can't forget games like Metriod Prime Hunters and New Super Mario Bros.

Eh.. Nintendogs = too SIMPLE in a way. Eh, only thing you can probably do is just imagine its a Pokemon you're raising.
 
The DS Should have had a downgraded Battlefront 2 would have been awesome.

NGC (the thing that started that LOZ rumour) always print pure crap. They said that in LOZ:WW you could switch between Cel Shaded and what ever you call the other style
 
Dude......you have it totally backwards Max, the DS is beating the PSP because the PSP has such lame games. Well, I guess different people like different types of games.

Well, the PSP finally beat the DS this week in Japan because of the DS being sold out. I thought I would post this and see what you guys think, it's about the redesign thing everybody seems to be talking about:

DS is outselling the PSP 2 to 1, nintendo are rumoured to be releasing a new version of the DS on the 17th, hence no stck of the old version

NEW VERSION DS! THE PSP IS GOING TO DIE.

Eh, I've got other reasons why the PSP sells bad.
1 - its too fragile.
2 - it takes too long to load.
3 - its a waste of money because it does stuff other things already do.
 
You guys do know the PSP is also getting a redo. I mean the DS isn't the only one that's getting a make over.

Poke-Rev: I do think it's funny that for once the PSP out sells the DS. Sure it's due to the DS not having any systems anywhere. But still, the PSP by some small chance outsells the DS (and some of you are going "Looks like you would have said something better in favor of Nintendo". Well maybe, but it is true that the PSP out sold the DS. But what will I say when the GC out sells the X-Box? Am I going to change my view on it? Nah, if it out sells then it out sells).

Edgeboy: I agree with all 3 points, but I'm going to add a 4th.
4: Not enough good games.
Really, point out 5 good games that isn't a port off the PS2.
 
Doesn't matter if PSP gets a redo ;P all they do is take a PS2 or PS game, shrink the size, and put in a few new features...

Not to mention the cost of memory cards is sooo aggravating.... But yesh Merrick is gone and now I go to sulk ;_;

Well this stinks. Why can't Nintendo release just one version at the beginning? Argh!
 
Blaze: Sony just can't come up with anything good for their PSP because it's just a PS2 with a screen on it. Nothing new to it.
And it's fake, you know how Nintendo is on leaks.

I happen to like Nintendo making a new version of the handhelds. They make them better and smaller then that's a good thing.

Dylan: I agree with the whole suspense thing. But at the same time it might just be getting people's hopes up too high. I mean everyone was talking about how the controller for the Rev will have this and that and this and that on it and it had tons of different ideas. But then when it came out it was like "WTF?!". I'm sure at first everyone was let down about the controller. It was only when they started reading up on what it'll be able to do is when they were like "WOW, this is going to be great!".
So to me, suspense is good only to a point.

I mean even the GCN menu looked better XD
 
Meh.. I believe thats completely fake. It doesn't look THAT awesome either, 'cause I think the NR will have way more better menus than that.

I know I was let down at first.... I was ready for the PS3 to come out when I first heard about Rev's controller.... It would be my first Sony console, too. Nothing against Sony, but I only tend to have enough for 1 console per VG generation.....

I thought it would be some kind of supercontroller... but, I guess that's what the shell's for :P
 
;_; Adam (friend of mine) just got the Resident Evil promo chainsaw controller for some $80. Usually wouldn't it cost at least $10 more or something?
