Yeah, the IGN would make a good shell.
I was just reading on a blog that Nintendo is down 21% in profit and MS and Sony fanboys started saying that Ninty should go 3rd party software and hand-held only. I then thought to myself 'what are they stupid?' Nintendo still makes more profit than Sony or MS even though they have invested in Rev R&D.
I know the answer already but what do you guys think?
Edgeboy is right in saying Sony makes more then Nintendo. But what he was saying is, ALL of Sony. Sony makes computers, DVD players, DC players, TVs, and lots of other stuff. The whole company oc Sony makes a little more then Nintendo. And all Nintendo makes is games and systems. Microsoft is the same way, they got Windows and tons of other Software that runs on Windows (it's hard to find a computer that doesn't have a Microsoft OS, and most software out there runs on a Microsoft OS). So if Sony and Microsoft just made games like Nintendo then there would be a monopoly on the gaming market, Nintendo would own it all. And I'm glad Nintendo doesn't own it all, if they did and no one else out there made systems then you'd see tons of crappy games, crappy systems and so on. It'd be like "Buy Nintendo or don't play games", and that's where all of gaming goes down the drain (I'm not it'd only happen to Nintendo, it'd happen to Sony and Microsoft).

Just let the NR come out... it'll pwn the others so bad that they'll want to sell their PSPs for one.
And the thing is, I bet you it will happen. Right now all I got on my PSP is 2 games (mine and my brother's), a few songs, and a few pics (both the songs and pics I have on my laptop). What the hell did I spend 290 (310 with tax) dollars on? To play Twisted Metal? Maro Kart DS pwns it in every way. TM is a battle game with cars. MK has racing, battling, time trial, download play, online. The only thing I like about TM is the battling itself is better (it's also online but MK: DS is online as well). If I could go back and stop myself from throwing over 300 dollars out the window (that is 6 PS2/GC games right there) then I would. For 300 dollars I could use that for other things.

Yea that's both together.
That's what I have. It'll work on both the N64 and GC.

Um.. its just the line to connect the GC with the TV isn't it? >_< Correct me if I'm wrong, but I never got a GC myself.
Well there are 2 ways to hook up a system to the TV (3 or 4 ways with the newer systems and TVs). You can use the cables that came with the system. Or like me you can use an RF Switch. I got like 4 things going into my TV (a VCR, my GC/N64, my PS2 and my satellite). If I used a normal cables then I'd have too many things to plug in and out of the TV. So with the RF you can plug one thing into the other and one line for it all goes into the TV (for me it's satellite > PS2 > GC/N64 > VCR > TV).

I stacked three DVD cases together to see how small the Rev is going to be and it's going to be small. The wonders of technology.
Really small and easy to take over to a friend's house. I remember when I'd go somewhere and I'd take my PS2 and it'd suck because it was so big. But when I got my PSTwo (Slimline) it was way better.
