4th Gen nidoking question

ok so nidorino learns poison jab at lvl 43 and nidoking learns earthpower at lvl 43 so if i train my nidorino to lvl 43 to get poison jab can i then give it a moon stone and then nidoking will b able to learn earthpower?

I think so.. i haven't tried it myself, but it sounds as if it will work.

Yeah it will try to learn it upon evolution. Alternatively, should you level it up further, you can just go to the move tutor.
