[Discussion] Nincada Help

Currently doing an emerald Nuzlocke. New to Nuzlockes. Second one only I have done after completing fire red. Recently received a nincada. Can anyone tell me which is better shedninja or ninjask and why? Also why is this thing so hard to level up?

Disclaimer: Not accustomed to Nuzlockes. Knows the rules. Dislikes playing them.

Boils down to one question: do you know your opponent's moves?

If yes, Shedinja. Completely walls some Pokemon. Becomes a winning switch-in if no one left can touch it. May also save you if something uses Belly Drum, but has no super-effective moves.

If no, Ninjask. Only takes one mistake to lose Shedinja. Could be a Poison Powder, sandstorm, Poison Point, Rough Skin, Effect Spore, and so on. Notes Double Team and Swords Dance in Ninjask's arsenal, also. Turns into a monster...if it survives the setup.
