No shoes in the house, please!

No, and I don't either :<

In this country, when you ask someone to take their shoes off when entering your house, everybody will look at you with a o_o face, so yeah XD

Unless they are covered in blood or something, and, even, you'd probably won't take them off anyway XD

EDIT: Forgot to say, but this fits better in OVP.

I dont think it matters, much. When you live up in the ranch, it doesnt matter much. We all have slate floors, with carpet, so yeah. We dont care. As long as you can see more shoe than mud, its fine. xD

That's the spirit!
I don't care. I'll wear shoes in my house and other people's houses...unless they have no shoes on and the shoes are like near the front. Then I'll do it cuz I think they'd like it lol.
-I know one person whos family takes their shoes off to go in the house... x3-

people can wear their shoes if they want. If I wear chucks or my boots is too complicated to take them off, so I allow visitors to keep their shoes. [/lazy]

Same for me. xD
For me I don't think it really matters anyways...

Hm, I don't think I greatly mind, unless people are coming in with poo on their shoes. And I always try to avoid walking into other people's houses with my shoes on.

I always take my shoes off and no one in my house wheres their shoes, probably because my mum goes mental when the carpets get dirty.

I really don't care. But it does annoy me when people put their feet on the couche.

Ya know I don't care really if they do walk around with shoes, but this question reminds me of my Grandma she always makes you take of your shoes in the house.

When I lived with my Grandparents, setting your foot past the back hall was a crime unless you were shoeless. I used to get yelled at all the time for setting foot on are expensive dining room carpet when I was a little girl XDDD. When we moved somewhere else, shoes in the house became more relaxed. My step-father walks around the entire house with shoes now, which drives Mom crazy. I personally have made shoe-taking-offing a habit, and always take my shoes off when I get in the house. :))

Well, we really don't stress taking off one's shoes in the apartment we currently live in; the carpet isn't in the best condition. However, my mom used to go absolutely insane upon the sight of someone's shoes on their feet in her "clean home."

That being said, my family usually expects everyone to take their shoes off at the door and so I do the same when at a friend's house.

I don't really mind, but my mom sure does...We always have to take our shoes off before coming in the house =P

Very few people wear shoes around our house. It's not a sin if you wear them inside, though. You don't get in trouble for it.

As for me, I don't like wearing them in the house. I prefer being barefoot; it just feels better. But for everyone else, I don't care if they do or not, as long as they don't dirty the floor.

Of course we take our outdoor shoes off in my house, are you kidding me o___o Pretty sure every Canadian does..
I wear slippers in my house. Never outdoor shoes and I've never let anyone come in with shoes on, I'm very strict about that kinda stuff actually. I had a girl at my old school that let people wear their shoes inside her house though (she's from Chicago) and I felt so weird wearing them inside on the nice carpet.

Yes I do because I clean my house on a regularly, I really don't mind unless if they step on doggie's surprise
