4th Gen Notch/Spikey Ear Pichu question.

    I was wondering, has anyone tried evolving the Notch ear Pichu, and if so does the Pikachu form have anything special or it is just a normal Pikachu?
     
    You can't evolve it, it is discussed that it traveled through time so much it can't evolve
     
    Along this line, can you evolve the pikachu colred pichu? and does it just become a normal pikachu?
