4th Gen Notch/Spikey Ear Pichu question.

I was wondering, has anyone tried evolving the Notch ear Pichu, and if so does the Pikachu form have anything special or it is just a normal Pikachu?

You can't evolve it, it is discussed that it traveled through time so much it can't evolve

The spiky eared pichu actually CAN'T evolve, since it was in a time loop.

Yeah. It can't evlove. The "notched' ear I think is a symbol of it's time travels.

Along this line, can you evolve the pikachu colred pichu? and does it just become a normal pikachu?
