The problem with this is that somebody is always going to be stuck with the job, and it's usually the most talented people and those least deserving of their financial situation...I hate the way our government funds schools, it's all based on property tax so the rich districts with the lazy and already overpriviledged students get the most funding, so they're always in their cycle of luxury, while poorer districts like mine that are the most hardworking never get money...there's just no way to fix it; the problem with strikes is that while the teachers may want something reasonable, school boards are more inflexible and that's where the conflict arises, becuase people don't care to compromise, and that leads to people forgetting that there are things at stake and people caught in the middle of power struggles. This frustrates me more than anything.
