Well it could be fixed, but that would take a long time. By then there probably won't be enough people interested in teaching. That's one thing that people notice a lot more now, teachers don't make the past pay, nor they make what they deserve. If that's what people see it as, they're going to try something else, something that they enjoy and where they can make enough money to get by. School boards have to be inflexible, that's what sucks about most places now. They want to help the teachers out more, but they just can't. Fund raisers and that sort of thing doesn't garner nearly enough money.Chairman Kaga said:
