To be completely honest, I say ditch the userbars and the quote. Having those in a signature looks pretty n00bish in my opinion...
Also, you do realize that the color-coordinated emblem is meant to be given for profiles with bad sense of coloring? ...Please don't hurt me.

How do I make links on here that say something and when you hover over them say something else?

It looks a lot better than it did before. The alignment is bothering me though. Maybe left or center would work better for yours. Also, to make hovering text, you just put [title=text you want to hover][/title] tags around the text you want it to hover over.

I was on those fitness bike things, and I was going too fast and my foot slipped and the pedal scrapped the back of my leg and it stings. ;o; On top of that, we were playing Football outside in the cold, muddy, wet ground. I get drenched in rain and covered in mud. It was freeeezing.
