Calm down, my old to new show ratio is pretty shocking for somebody that likes old shows.

This week on Naruto.

Yeah, haha. Although OP takes the cake for being so ridiculously funny this week. 'God' Usopp 5 Stars hahahahaha. I laughed so much.
 
One Piece should certainly be fun for the next few months. Still don't really care about Dofla but this is a really neat.

Tongue-in-cheek enjoyment is what I'm getting out of Naruto atm. I mean come on, that Sakura part today, Jesus. My old theory that Kishi hates females is probably correct.
 
Haha yeah, naruto got the 'you've surpassed hokage and yada yada' bit. Sasuke got 'I don't understand u feg' bit. While sakura got 'you still like the fooker who tried to kill you lulz'. XD That made me laugh.

Also, yeah, I like Dofla but I kinda expected a lot more from him. Still cool. I want to see his, law's and corazon's backstory.
 
That isn't what I meant by the Sakura bit. I was talking about the part where she needed an explanation as to why she should crush Obito's other eye.

same case with me. Although I did drop one and put another on-hold so I could make room for completed series and other on-going ones. I'll pick all of the on-going ones from my PtW, On-hold and dropped list and probably finish them off once they end...
 
I wouldn't want it to end.

Yeah, I do spontaneously pick things back up sometimes. I usually end up dropping them again though, like Mahouka and stuff. I did drop TTGL twice though before really enjoying it later on so maybe there is hope for things.

Yay, I'm so glad you kept going with TTGL! I love that series. What made you drop it in the first place? Was it episode 6?
 
Shallow characters and non-funny comedy, two things that but for one case never really got better. Never liked Kamina so no, it wasn't because of that.

I got over it and enjoyed it for what it is.
 
TTGL seems to be something you either love it or you hate it. Personally I couldn't get into it at first either, the first few episodes aren't really all that great, just hey here's some gunmen that combine but its not manly enough or whatever. It did change around that point with Kamina and Nia's introduction though, which is likely the biggest turning point.

Kamina seems to be more like a martyr for the development of a lot of the characters and story, mostly Simon, Yoko and Rossiu.
 
Meh, I used to be manga only for many years, but with college I found some extra time to watch some anime. Manga is faster to catch up with and has the same content (sometimes more) so might as well do so.

Also, don't really care if I'm "cool" or not, labels don't reflect what a person truly is anyways.

Anyway, I'm probably gonna stay an anime guy. Unless I get bombarded with projects and stuff in college and don't get time.
