People like what they like, calm down m8.

AoT is a mediocre series, yes. But the anime was still very phun and so it got a 7/10 from me. :v I mean, not ONE character made me care for them. Not one received proper development. But it was still a phun ride so I forgave those faults.

Well I'm done with another OVA series, would highly recommend Area 88 to anyone. Can't think of anything negative to say about it, although I can imagine some would hate the ending.

My OVA folder only has a couple of shows left now. Awful.

? Okay. Will add that to my PtW list. Which right now is at a ridiculous 180ish series haha.

I finished Kaiji S1 a few days ago. I highly recommend this anime to anyone who can get over its stylized art style. It is gold.

Not a massive fan of Nobuyuki Fukumoto's artwork but it fits the mood of his manga well. Enjoyed Rude 39 and Tobaku Haouden Zero a lot and the Kaiji anime is fun, well for the most part anyway. I should get around to more of his series really.

Unfortunately any inkling of development (Connie's parents, Sasha's village, Historia's entire backstory, Ymir's shapeshifting, Reiner/Berthold) are all in the second half of the manga. :|

What do people in here think of Knights of Sidonia? If you haven't picked it up I think you should. It's about humanity protecting itself from giant monsters. Oddly enough even with that being the main objective it is still actually good. Spooky.

My sister's watching that series; I think it's the only one she's watching this season...But yeah, she mentioned that the art style is "different."

Yeah, they rendered the whole thing in CGI and then meshed it so it's somewhere between CGI and the more standard style. I'm not sure what it's called but yeah, it is different. Fits the sci-fi setting.

I'm really interested in the series because I liked what I saw of it. But I'm kinda full right now. :s 9 series is too much for me. Maybe I'll drop Ergo Proxy and see it.

Unless most of those are complete series that really shouldn't be too hard to keep on top of. That being said I did decie to put 2/3 of my watch list on hold to focus on some oler shows for a while.

Only 2 or 3 are complete series. But I have a limit to how much anime I can watch per day. :s

I don't think I'll be picking up any more new series. I do need to finish up the already-finished series that I am currently watching (Gintama, Legend of Galactic Heroes), and watch the newest of Akuma no Riddle and JJBASC.

One of VERY few series I haven't picked up this cour.

I'm actually gonna end up watching like 10 shows from spring by the time july rolls. Wow. That's a lot more than I usually pick up. :v

I... have yet to watch a single episode from any of the current season. Damn my broken anime-watching computer. :(
