Oh, dubs just mean substituting the original Japanese voice actors with English voice actors. Subs = subtitles. Dubs = voices. :P

I don't have anything against Valentine's Day, as I've received pretty cute stuff on that holiday before, but I can't say I care about it anymore then any other holiday. :P *Has very minimal holiday-celebrating intentions*
