I'm reeeally looking forward to the movie! I JUST realized that the actor for Wright also was in Gokusen, Tokyo Dogs, AND Akihabara@DEEP (as my favourite character, Page!)

I have high hopes for this movie, actually.. because I know that the guy is an INCREDIBLY good actor. He's crazy convincing, high strung.. (Akihabara) but he can also the cool-collected guy part <3 (Noda in Gokusen)

Wow. I usually don't watch things that are live action and based off of a game/anime/insert whatever here, but this actually looks reaaaaally good. Like Impo I wish that they weren't talking over the trailer, but I suppose we'll be getting an actual trailer when the time for it's release gets closer (I think)?

Regardless, after looking at the videos it looks like the actor portraying Phoenix is going to do a fine job. Of course, seeing as I don't watch too much live action stuff I can't really be one to judge, I suppose.

Also.. apparently the actor for Nick in the Ace Attorney movie is the same as his voice actor in Professor Layton Vs Phoenix Wright (japanese obv.) Though, I am not sure if he's the same for the rest of the games.. but that's so cool that they keep it consistent!

Maya Fey, because she's been through soooo much, yet she keeps a positive face and attitude for those that she is being strong for; like Pearl. :3 I think that's pretty inspiring!

My favourite prosecutor is Franziska.
Like I said, she was like a sadist until she became more epic during the last case in Justice For All~ <3

So far it's been Maya. I just think she's a loveable character!

My favourite prosecutor is Miles Edgeworth. I just love his stories and the way you find more and more about his personality.

I heard about that Ace Attorney movie a while ago but I thought they were joking lmao. It's kind of weird seeing anime characters as real live people but I guess it'll be interesting to see how the movie will play out.

Who is your favorite assistant in a case so far? And who is your favorite prosecutor?

My favourite assistant would have to be Ema Skye during Rise From the Ashes. She was so adorable, and actually really helpful with her science stuff (like taking fingerprints, Luminol, etc). And it's nice to know what happened to her during AAI and Apollo Justice.

Favourite prosecutor is definitely Miles Edgeworth. I think he had the most character growth out of all the prosecutors (but I guess maybe it's because he had the most screen time but idk).

Pearl! I just love Pearl! She's so awesome, and can silence Von Karma with her cruel words. Not to mention she is always slapping Wright xD .
There isn't a character a don't really like. I like all the characters because they're all consistent and believable. But I don't like Sal Monella, disgusting man.
Adrian Andrews deserves the most love, she's so fragile and smart <3
The best criminal? Shelly De Killer. He values trust, which I find rare and creative in an assassin. Always escaping arrest, the sneaky dog.


Favorite assistant? Favorite prosecutor?

Favourite assistant? The Fey's! I love the psychicness about them. They're so awesome with their magatamas and all!

And my favourite prosecutor would have to be-

OW! Franny. She's so mean, but then she cries at the end of AA:JFA and it was such a great character moment, I loved her from then on :D

Is anyone excited about AAME: Investigations 2? Also there has been announced a Gyakuten Saiban 5 for the future... (maybe an Apollo Justice sequal? who knows) So speculate!

Gyakuten Kenji 2 (AAME:I2)? That isn't receiving a localization, as far as I'm informed. It's been out for a while now, but there is a couple of fan translations going on, but I don't want to hype it up because they're afraid of receiving a cease and desist letter. So shhh ;D

and I thought the 5th game was just speculation. Shu Takumi (or whatever his name is) wanted the series to finish at trials and tribulations, but he kept it going due to positive fan reaction. I'm hoping for a sequel too, but do you have any links or sources that verify this?

And if there is one, the Fey's better be in it. I just love the Feys.

tbh I've always wanted a sequel to Apollo Justice. After finishing AJ, I felt like I never really got to know any of the characters as well as I did after finishing the first Phoenix Wright game. I think if they did another Apollo Justice, and not have the whole game center around Phoenix Wright, they could really focus on some actual character development.

And omg Kura I laughed at that picture in the spoiler. :')

Forever sad that AAI-2 isn't gonna be localized. :(

I-I have quite a few favorite characters, including!: Detective Gumshoe, Mike Meekins, Spark Brushel, Trucy Wright...ano...that scholar guy who was obsessed with Trucy's panties xD; (I can't remember his name rn!), Kay Faraday, and Shih-Na.~

I have a complicated relationship with Franziska. She's so cruel, but...but I really like her because she tickles my fancy for strong, aggressive women.

I'm sure I have more favorite characters but I'm not remembering them.

I don't really hate anyone except...maybe...I guess...Quercus Alba? :Da My feelings toward him were more irritation than hate. My gosh is he persistent...Oldbag is kind of annoying, too; She's so 2-faced. But her "rata tat tat tat" ray gun act is so awesome I can't hate her.

Calisto Yew/Shih-na was one of my favorite villians. She seems like the kind of person who might derive enjoyment from killing people; or, at the very least, she might be amused that someone is bleeding to death and burst out in laughter if they cry out for help. I also liked Kristoph because he so cray cray but you can't really tell just from looking at him. Kind of like Hannibal Lector.

Also I am forever sad as well that AAI:2 is not going to be localized. ; ___ ;

Oh god... I suck at picking characters out for things like this. But let's see...

Favorite Ones: So many, ugh. Edgeworth, Mia, Maya, Phoenix, basically everyone of the main cast... Yeah just lemme go back to this one later.
Most Hated: Well hello there Gant. Oh how much I hate you. Quercus Alba I dislike very much as well.
Needs more Love: Ron DeLite! I don't know why, but he has to be one of mine, if not my (not including like... Maya and such) favorite defendant. He needs more love!
Best Criminal: Mask*DeMasque. The real one. Dahlia Hawthorne. If it wasn't for her, we wouldn't have the amazing third game that seems to be the favorite game for most of us, now would we.
