I've never heard of the movie. XDHave you ever seen Mr. Smith goes to Washington? :3 Great movie, you'd like it.
Government is nothing but a big school of peer pressure >: If one person won't do something, then no one else will complain about it either. Meh, I watch the news, but I really don't pay much attention to polls and stuff like that. The funny thing though is that no one's noticing the gas prices are lowering the same time as elections...
CNN is still semi-open, but it's really been going into biased areas lately. Fox News is seen as biased by most people, I wouldn't call them totally biased, but they are one of the most unprofessional news outlets out there right now. They do report a lot of false things and often send stuff to air without sources.Ok, Fox is biased towards the Republicans. But then you got ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN (and others) biased towards Democrats.
I think I've seen that before. Didn't really agree with it all, but like you said, it brings up some really good stuff.Go to google, click video, and search for "Loose Change: 2nd Edition." I'm sure it's on YouTube too. But yeah...it'll make you hate our government even more. o.o
Not that I agree with everything in the video, but it raises some major questions.
Ok, Fox is biased towards the Republicans. But then you got ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN (and others) biased towards Democrats.
Bill O'Riley conservative? That's a joke.
What, O'Riley a Republican? He is no Republican (doesn't matter what he says), just watch his show long enough, he isn't very Republican like.Corganzero: No, he's not. Murdoch wouldn't have enlisted the help of Roger Alies if he wasn't.
Andy: Yes he is, he registered as one. Agin, refer to Lies by Al Franken.
Eh, I don't even have cable so I really wouldn't know.
Nor do I care who's what in the news (not that much anyway).
Republicans are dumb. Democrats are dumb.
The United States has a very corrupt political system if you dig under the surface of what appears to be the greatest governmnet on earth.
Unfortunately.
Thanks. If I lived in Minnesota, I'd totally vote Paul.
Anyway...
I love discussing politics, there's just never anyone to discuss it with. When there is...they usually only stick to the big name stuff like Bush and Iraq, which gets old really fast. I always see lots of people pointing out how corrupt politicians are, that is a topic that really gets tiring. We know they're corrupt, and there's no much any of us can do until we can vote or actually run for office. But I kinda like politics - it's interesting to point out those politicians who will say just about anything to try and get some attention.
