I only eat KFC or Burger King. I try not to eat McDonald's. Watch Supersize me and You'll find out why.

I saw Supersize me and I still eat McDonald's. You have to understand that almost all food has chemicals and additives these days. The only way you're safe is if your food says organic. o.o

As long as you don't eat it on a regular basis, you'll be completely fine. It's not like Supersize Me showed me anything I didn't already know. Of course fast food is unhealthy, and of course you will get fat and sick if you eat it on a regular basis. That's just common sense. o.O
 
I've watched Supersize Me and I still eat McDonalds as well. I think he gained like 24 pounds after eating there a month which isn't as much as I thought he'd gain.
