    • The Non-Pairing Agreement is use something I made up two month ago. It meant the person wasn't looking to be paired up.:P Was never absolute.

    Actually, this is geeky but, even after formatting the FBI have ways of recovering data using tunneling and stuff. It's pretty crazy.
