Your searches were failing because the set they're from is Jungle, not Fossil.

Anyway, are they 1st Edition?
 
WHOOPS. Either way, neither of them are, sadly enough. But thanks for telling me that. I can look it up myself then. ^.^
 
Hey guys, just started buying the trading cards again after my nephew got a few from McDonalds (they're doing a promo, wonderful thing btw).

I was just curious as too how much these promo cards would be able to sell for? I've only got a Fletchling and x2 Weedle's right now, but I just looked it up on eBay and apparently, some of the cards are going for between $8-$13 AUD and the whole set for $40 AUD + $5 postage? This doesn't seem right, EVERYBODY is currently able to get these cards...

Anyway depending on how much they're worth, I'm going to go hoard McDonald's happy meals until I have multiple sets (one for me, rest for eBay) :P
 
I have no idea what I am doing. Was told to come to this thread. I have some cards. Dont know anything about them. Found them in my closet that havent been touched in at least 15 or more years. All in the cases. If they are worth anything I appreciate the help.

Ok lol. Like I said I don't know what I'm talking about. Any idea on what any of them are worth? Haven't been touched or moved in over 15 years.

And yes that's all of them. At least all the holo ones I found.

Was digging out stuff to clean my house, found some pokemon cards. I would like to ask the prices of the following;

Jungle Clefable (Foil), Used

Aquapolis Slowking (Foil), Used

1st Edition Base Electrode with Jungle Misprint, Used

Base Shadowless Gyarados (Foil), Used

I should add; all cards are in English.

Your clefairy is worth around $2-4, the nidoqueen, dragonair, kanghaskhan, elekid, electabuzz, maybe the shedinja (i dont have that card so im not too sure) because of their conditions i'd say around $1.50-$2. A general rule is if there is a star in the bottom right corner or holographic (like cleafairy) then it is worth a bit more, the condition plays a huge part in the price of the card and since most of your cards have edgewear, the price will drop

Sorry for being such a downer, but thats the realistic price

I've dug up a bunch of old pocket monster cards from 1996 (roughly 50 base, fossil, jungle, Team Rocket, and Gym holos, 500 - 600 rare, uncommon total) and was curious on what's the best way to have you glance at the whole collection and point out some goodies as I can only imagine how difficult it must be to answer every single card posted. Can I attach a PDF with all the scanned sleeves?

Found old 1st edition pokemon cards

Hi There,

So when i was a kid i was huge into pokemon and bought a ton of those cards when they first came out. I remember back in the day i had all the holographic cards and what not.. think i traded them at some point for star wars cards (anyone know anything about SWTCG cards?). While digging around i found a box full of cards from that time period. I did a little research and most are what are consider "1st edition" and "shadowless", also have a huge stack that are just "shadowless" without the 1st edition stamp. Not sure what any of this really means but hoping someone can help me out a bit... attached are a few photos. Any value to these? i know there not the real sought after holo cards but maybe theirs something here. . Remove space in link to few photos.. thanks!

I have an Imposter Professor Oak first edition and shadowless that isn't PSA graded and I saw one that was graded go for about $30. I was wondering how much mine would sell for

Hi, i have a good amount of cards i had for years, I wonder if they might be worth something


All i list here are "shiny" thingy. and lets go out from that they are in good condition, some few are not that good but just to make it easy None is used in cardplaying.

Please note i have no idea about these cards, Why some are shiny around the picture some inside, so ill put it in a note.

I got loads more but these are the shiny's from collectormap nr.1, All bought in shops in norway. so should be real.

It is not first edition as far as I can tell.

It may be shadowless because it's HP is not as bold as the other base set cards and there is no shadow around the picture.

Now heres my problem, I can't tell if it is a true shadowless because at the bottom of it there is NO text except for it's number 27/102. it's missing all information on the illustrator, the nintendo dates and wizards date.

Is it possible it's an error card?

If it doesn't have any of that, the artist, the description and all that stuff, it's a fake, sorry...
 
I have a Gengar from stormfront, collectors number 18/100.
it is not first edition, or shadowless. It is a holo. The art in the box has foil over it and the border of the card is golden.

When I search the card I cam only find reverse holo.

Would you mind attaching a picture of the card tp your next post in this thread? From how you've described it, it sounds like a fake.
