Leinart is a bust. He just blew every opportunity he had in Arizona. How is Houston going to help him?
Supposedly the system they run in Houston is more fitting to his style compared to the one they run in Arizona. They(don't remember who) said he could learn from Matt Schaub in Houston, what difference will that make if he couldn't learn from Kurt Warner who in my opinion should be a Hall of Famer one of these days then how is he going to learn from Matt Schaub a QB who never won anything. Also TJ Houshmandzadeh signed with the Ravens. Ravens Offense is looking even better Houshmandzadeh and Boldin go One Two Punch right there. Who is the story on that https://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=5539093. Also Steelers name Dennis Dixon there starter. https://www.pokemonsecure.com/forum...ew&sid=5c699350218b4d753062f167351f9317&u=476

It's time for me to make my picks official:

Vikings 24, Saints 20 - Gotta go with the hometown team in a close game.
Raiders 13, Titans 20 - This game is in Tennessee, and I don't think this is the Raiders year to stop being putrid.
Lions 20, Bears 30 - Suh will be an impact player for the Lions, but Chester Taylor will bail out his team early in his Bears debut, wearing down much of the Lions defense by keeping them on the field.
Dolphins 24, Bills 10 - The Bills will just stink it up next season.
Falcons 14, Steelers 23 - The Steelers defense holds on just long enough for Dennis Dixon to get his first NFL victory.
Broncos 28, Jaguars 17 - Jags get humiliated and prove that Jacksonville isn't suitable for an NFL team any more.
Colts 28, Texans 31 - This will be a close one, but I think they Texans will pull it out in Houston.
Browns 20, Buccaneers 17 - Jake Delhomme guides the Browns to victory, but not before a few mishaps by teammates keep the game closer than it actually was.
Panthers 17, Giants 33 - The Giants will romp all over a rebuilding Panthers team.
Bengals 36, Patriots 29 - The Bengals will show off their superior offensive firepower and steal a game in Foxboro.
Cardinals 23, Rams 20 - The Cardinals defense and Larry Fitzgerald will bail out
Packers 34, Eagles 33 - The Packers, despite allowing Aaron Rodgers to
49ers 23, Seahawks 19 - Both teams will look improved and will be challenging for the NFC West title, but I think the Niners will pull out a road win.
Cowboys 27, Redskins 28 - McNabb will carry the Redskins to one of the biggest upsets of the season.
Ravens 27, Jets 23 - The Ravens will spoil the start of Mark Sanchez's second season, but it will be a close game.
Chargers 33, Chiefs 24 - The Chargers will show why they're the top team in the AFC West against a Kansas City team that will look a lot better than it did last season because Matt Cassel realizes that he actually has to be a vocal leader on a team like the Chiefs.

I wonder how the Haynesworth situation will go down. Sounds like the Titans want him back, and people around the Redskins are just sick of dealing with him already. Supposedly Redskins want two draft picks from the Titans for him(according to Chris Mortensen).

I think it's just a ridiculous situation overall. The Redskins paid Haynesworth $100 million and he couldn't even show to camp in good enough shape to practice. It would be very interesting to see him go back to the Titans. I could certainly see it happening. It will probably take at least a 2 round pick and later round pick.

If they really wanted Haynesworth that badly, why did they let him walk in free agency?

I don't get it...

Basically.

In the last year he's proven to be nowhere near the 100 million dollar price tag he now comes with. Why the Titans would want him again after trading him makes beyond no sense to me.

Two more days until everyone is undefeated again; I can't wait.

I think Washington will find a way to get rid of Albert. Whether it's during the regular season (before the trade deadline), or a pre-Draft or Draft day trade, or even just releasing him altogether.

I agree, he's pretty much a total flop. Right now all he's doing is making a problem in the locker room. I think the skins could still get some value off of him in a trade though- probably to a horribad team like the raiders or rams

Saints vs Vikings tomorrow!!! Really excited to finally start the season as the defending champs.

GEAUX SAINTS!
