My family refers those other wives as personal prositutes. Their children wouldn't be considered the children of their father. Back in the good old days when selling daughters was legal.
 
People sold there daughters that is just plain wrong thats like selling your siblings.
 
Not just selling daughters but selling your son is legal as well... or if it's illegal then they did a poor job of enforcing the laws. That's how my grandfather suddenly ended up in Hong Kong one day... got sold from somewhere (he forgot) to Hong Kong... poor him.

It's very true Latiosspud... those women are just prostitutes with a better title... really sometimes they're just gold miners. Sadly sometimes the men are blind and they will overlook their "first wife" and instead bless the other "wives" *coughprostitutescough* and their children... actually the original meaning of the word "bastard" comes from describing these children anyway (i think the meaning for children without a father comes later...)

Anyways like Kairi mentioned, i really think some of the guys should start asking the girls on the list or even vice-versa....too many unpaired males, but hey i'm paired up, although haven't seen Cas on in a while....oh well...-_-*sigh*
