What you need to do :
Catch a low level (1-10) Poochyena, preferably male
Put it on the GTS
Ask for a Lvl 1 Male Vaporeon (If you haven't seen Vaporeon, scroll down to "What Pokémon" and type it in - you won't be able to ask for gender in this case)
Put the message "PC EVARMY"


PM me here as soon as you put it up, I will reply back with your TSV
Check periodically that it was not sniped, unfortunately a lot of people do that, the Vaporeon you'll get from me will be shiny and OT Cassie, if it gets sniped you'll have to put another up
