'nother newb to drive you guys nuts. Just getting back in the series for the first time since the original games (Pokemon Blue, years ago). Upon realizing that I can get four generations on one console (actually five, but I like to keep a little behind) so I figured it'd be a good time to get back into it.

I don't think my DS lite can go online so I guess you guys won't see me much there, but I do have a Wii and THAT can go online. I'll have Battle Revolution in a few weeks so hopefully I'll be up on that (once I'm ready). Until them I'm bound to be asking a lot of stupid questions while I catch up on FireRed and Emerald and wait for SoulSilver and Platinum to arrive.

Haha, welcome aboard, dude. You got some catching up to do, and a lot of games to play (including the spin-off games, if you do play them). Don't be shy to ask any questions while you play Fire Red and Leaf Green. We certainly have a board where you can find your answers there. Be sure to use the Simple Questions thread though if you just have any questions. :D

Have fun playing (and catching up) on the games! Maybe sooner or later you'll make it to Black & White? ^_^ I'm always around for any questions or concerns, and see ya around. :3

Thanks for the warm welcomes, peeps. I've got some good news and bad news.

Bad news is my DS Lite definitely cannot go online, since our router uses security codes. I would shut the codes off, only that's how it used to be and we couldn't get any of our devices to register the router. So if it's the DS vs every personal Computer, my PS3, PSP, and Wii, well yeah. No choice there.

But my Wii does go online and Battle Revolution should be here in a few days. It'll be awhile before I'm ready to battle anyone online, though. I'm about halfway through FireRed, once that's finished it's on to Emerald. Then I'll beat SoulSilver and import the Pokemon from Emerald, and beat Platinum and import the pokemon from FireRed. Then I'll bring all those pokemon onto Battle Revolution, and I'll be ready to battle you guys.

So in the meantime, I'll see you guys in the Gen III and IV forums!
