By fps, i obviously mean first person shooters, and let me think these 2 f2p games you played are, team fortress 2 or paladins and alien swarm or warframe or battlefield heroes or warface?

Nope.
I've had some fun times with FPS, and am not averse to the genre in general, but it's also not been a genre where I'm buying a lot of games from it either.
When you said f2p, I was thinking more along the lines of Fire Emblem Heroes, but I did play TF2 with a friend once.

Depends on what it is. If it's something that I feel I can fix on my own I'll usually try to. If I fail to fix it or know I am not able to, then I certainly ask for someone's help. Not that I think I know how to fix much though.....
