I went ahead and cleared the infamous shiny lax ageto based on other sources.

summerflyy: Sayuri 11536 has a hacked Empoleon. If you still want to be sure, I can check it..

I've just got a little queston, if you put a R4 save file with legends on it on the computer and when the one on your DS runs out of legendarys, if you copy and paste the one with the legends on it back to your DS, is that considered hacking? It shouldn't be because your not editing the save file its-self

sorry if this is the wrong place, but I really want to know

If those legendaries are legit i think there is no problem.

Pokemon with the Classic Ribbon cannot be traded over the GTS. Since yours obviously was, it's considered a hack as it's data was modified to allow it to be traded.
 
Ah ok, thanks for letting me know. :)

Actually, is there anyway that the Celebi would be unhacked apart from that? And if so, would you take a clone that I have of it to check?
