You can only teach Blissey Seismic Toss in Gen III, and there's no backwards compatibility for Gen IV to Gen III.

Anyway, looking for a EV wiper. VM me
 
Offering the Shiny Japanese Legendary beasts (Raikou, Entei, Suicune) as well as both HG/SS Jirachi Events, TRU Arceus, Sinjoh Ruins Giratina, Gamestop Pichu. All UT and legit. The legendary beasts will unlock the Zoroark event in the upcoming Pokemon Black & White versions. The others unlock events/features in HG/SS.

I am looking for events I don't have. Any foreign events, Mew events, Deoxys events, Darkrai events, the upcoming japanese movie Celebi, Jirachi, Pokemon Ranger Riolu Darkrai Manaphy Deoxys Shaymin and Heatran, Arceus events, any world championships, video game championships, Japanese Birthday events, Pokemon Ranch Octillery Flygon Phione Mew Slaking and Metagross, or pretty much anything. Im planning to restart my heartgold game but i have alot of useful tms still. If you looking for a tm in paticular i probaby have it. If you want one just ask and you can have it for free.
