I am offering a shiny ralts level 9, lax nature, and his moves are confusion, growl, and psychic.
his stats are: stat/ep's
hp: 25/55
atk: 15/160
def: 13/50
sp.atk: 15/0
sp def: 10/50
spd: 16/100
(his ep's are not maxed which gives you a choice on the rest)
and i can provide a dawn stone if needed
I want in return: pretty much any shiny pokemon, unless I already have it...

I need some Master Balls that are "Legit"(clones of the "original" are legit), please pm me soon(im sick of using 100's of balls that wont work on legendaries) and we can set up trade or whatever you need.
