What about a Swampert (cant remember the lvl, but is around lvl 40 or 50) or any of the starters and a xp. Share?

i found a TRU dragonite in my pc box,

im lookin for a lvl50 or up ev'd (252atk,252spe4hp) scizor (even better if it has bugbite)
