If ditto assumes the opposite gender of the pokemon it's paired with, do I list it as father in the RNG reporter if I pair it with a female Pokemon or mother since it's the one passing down the nature?

Uh, you should list ditto as the mother and the female pokemon as the father. Ditto is considered to be female in every situation XD
