So I went to put IVs on this egg I had, and all of the elm calls matched up. And I called my last time on frame 13 when 14 was my flawless spread. So i grabbed the egg real fast making sure that the npc doesn't advance the frame, and then when i quick hatched and IV checked it, it was the IVs for frame 18..?

So I guess I'll give up on that for the night.

I am going to go old school with this question. When RNG breeding for emerald I need to know the exact place in the conversation I am supposed to hit A when talking to the day care man. I have a seed that hits at 39:85 and I need to know the precise point I am supposed to be hitting A. I am losing my mind trying to figure it out by myself.

You're using an external program to manipulate your game into giving you certain pokemon. Yeah, that's different than RNG because even though you're using an external program, that program isn't forcing your game to do something that it isn't supposed to be doing and it's not attached to your game.
