From my understanding, Ranger Pokemon count as Wondercards, so IVs won't set until you pick it up.
I wonder why I didn't post in here more often...

Attention PC members,
Sorry if this post that I made is off topic, but I'm making an important notification for you guys about something. I found out a few players (on the pc) from a greek pokemon website are redising some of the pokemon, that are not fully redis, without any redis rights like Lord Scalgon's shiny cresselia, Iambaney's pokemon, and the pokemon that some of use only have semi-redis rights to trade.
The players who are redising them go by the usernames:
Babismanias
Christos21
Goirgans
Here's a link to there website:

Their usernames and their FC's are listed at the very bottom on that link.
Watch out for a player named Shinyb-ball since he's redising some of the pokemon, that are not fully redis, as well
