Breed Staryu for LO Rapid Spin for that Infernape problem you're having. Also get's rid of rocks.

You could use an Action Replay. Or you could use the IV-Man found on battle-tower.

He won't be really giving you the exact IV's but you have to deduce it.

You can use an IV calculator. All you need to know are it's stats, EVs and level.
