The thing about that is, it is possible for an RNG abuser to abuse for the same ID and use a name they always use. And, I don't think this case will be that simple.

If he says that they're from different cartridge, doesn't that tell you that -obviously - the two pokes should have diferent OT and ID?
And RNG doesn't have nothing to do here, but anyway, if you like the hacks, enjoy them...

It actually is possible to use RNG abuse to get a specific ID and SID. I'm pretty sure that's how people get flawless shiny legendary Pokémon. I've never done it myself, but here is an explanation.

According to Bond, he did abuse for the same ID/SID combination in both game. This is mainly for both Latias and Latios to get a perfect spread+shiny without abusing the roamer. So, there you go. He didn't hack.

Says him. I've yet to see any proof, other than his word (lol), proving he doesn't hack. Meanwhile we have piles of his junk proving that at the very least he's going about things in very shady fashion.

And on that, it's best to get off the subject as that's all there is to it. If you want his pokemon, by all means worship them. However, you have been warned.

It is just that if they are hacked, I have traded them to some people and it does not feel too good if they are hacked.

EDIT: I'll take your word for it. I removed all of his Pokemon from my shop.

Personally, Shiny Latias is ugly for me, but if you like it, go for it ;D

If you RNG abuse your Pokemon have to be flawless. There's no quint-flawless, or even just a few points off. It has to be flawless, and there are no excuses to have a non-flawless Pokemon when using RNG abuse. ;D

I'd say go for the shiny spread. A 28 in Special Defense is close enough in my opinion for a near flawless shiny. It also makes the Pokémon more "unique" than all of the other shiny and/or flawless legends being traded everywhere. I'm probably one of the only people who would say this, but I'd rather trade for a near-flawless Pokémon that only a few people have, than a flawless one that practically everyone has (albeit with different OTs).

Those are the pokeball choices, but if you have a better pokeball in mind, please tell...​

I think the Love or Heal ball would be nice if you go for a non-shiny version.
The regular Pokeball matches the shiny one best, and Premiere goes okay with pretty much everything if you ask me.

For Latias itself, just go with whichever one you like the most. It's your Pokemon afterall. :3 If you like the shiny version better, might as well go for it.
