First 7 or 8 seasons of the Simpsons was pretty good. It's worse than the other big hitter right now in Family Guy and that takes some doing.

Archer is my favourite airing toon right now.

In terms of Adult Comedy shows that are currently airing, not counting South Park...probably Rick & Morty. I don't actively watch it and haven't seen a lot of it, but I enjoyed every episode I've seen of that show.
