We can see if you can fly us out of Sunnyshore. But that's up to Ray, since its /his/ characters who have the airplane escape idea xD

Well recruiting Varik will get you someone who not only knows how to pilot an aircraft but has experience and skill... even if its a different type he'll be flying.

Having a willing pilot would be safer than a hostage or winging it (flying is a whole lot harder than driving and the hardest part is landing correctly)... While neither Varik nor Skyna will do it for Rumble since he tried to kill them. Skyna would do it to help the others and Varik will just do it for Skyna and a bit of his own motivation.

I will not force the issue... Lydia will have to request for Skyna/Varik's help.

Well considering the 2nd one is not going to start for 2 weeks no matter how quick this one ends does it really matter when the nuke goes? But ya the nuke does need to go soon... this thing needs to wrap up...

It matters, Ray. Making it last to long makes it lose what little 'flavor' it has left. The sooner, the better. I would say end it as soon as we can...

Besides, I made a motion earlier. I said that once the nuke activates, there's a one hour time before it truly detonates. I say we activate it soon. Maybe by tomorrow or something...

They are bad yes but he has gotten healing... and while there is no way he could fly his fighter all that well due to the G's causing extra stress on his wounds. A transport type aircraft would not be too much of a problem...

Also a fixed wing aircraft would be better IMHO they go faster, can fly higher, and if you do have some trouble (as in running out of gas or engine trouble) they at least have some glide profile instead of falling like a rock. Basically everything you would want to escape a nuke because I honestly doubt you will get far enough away in a normal helicopter.

While I'm sure he can RIDE the aircraft like you said I doubt he could fly one well due to the lack of experience and just never doing it. Also why the h*** would humans stick information on how to fly a plane in his head when he was built to capture pokemon?

Not that it matters since it seems like deep impact completely ignored my post (thanks...). Hey it was an offer if they die, they die... just saw a chance to interact with some characters some more and jumped at it.

Now, I've discussed this with Vegeta. Hector's battle against Jack Spark will be the most important and climatic battle ever. After the battle's over, Jack would activate the bomb, and the whole place would go boom in an hour. So make sure everybody! Finish everything, before the battle finishes! Or you won't have time to escape. Wrap things up if you wanna survive.

And your most likely flying a civilian plane out :p no armory information there, and knowing about technology like an aircraft is all nice. Just you need to know how to use it, and teaching Rumble how to fly a plane has NOTHING to do with his primary function (capturing other pokemon) when he was made as per your own SU to

he was made in a laboratory in Veilstone City in the year of 2007, 13 years before the war started, and was meant to torture and capture other Pokemon, which then were sold at the Veilstone Store.

He is your character so you can make him able to fly. I'm just saying as someone who has flown an aircraft knowing what does what on an aircraft will not give you the tools needed to fly its a lot more in depth than driving a car. Also I doubt an armory will have all the specs on all the different planes, and a How-to-fly book that is enough to teach you how to fly without confusing you.

Sorry considering I'm going through training for flight type stuff dismissing it as something you can just know randomly/pick up instantly is what I'm fighting here.
