wow DS browser. Kule i will have to get one of them. Lets just hope they don't make a lite version! It really annoyed me seeing the upgraded version i only got my DS at christmas!

Wow that awsome even though I already have a PSP to browse the internet ILl be able to use my DS as well!

And just because there is a new DS coming out it doesn't mean you have to get it...

    Thanks for the report Colton!

    Eww... Opera.
I like the concept and all, and I had expected it to come eventually, but Opera...

cool, this would be cool, i don't care what browser they use, as long i can surf the web on my ds, hope they release a us version.

I'm with David, Nintendo should have went with FireFox.

But I don't care for this browser thing, I'm not going to spend 30-35 dollars just to surf the web. Where I can use my 15 inch laptop screen to do way better (I don't like it on the PSP, and I have the same feeling for this. But I say this, at least it's an addon, I don't have to pay for it if I don't want it where the PSP I'm having to pay for it anyway).
But, at least it'll shut up the PSP fanboys going "Look at the DS, it can't surf the web but the PSP can". It'll shut them up till they go "Well it can surf the web but it looks better on the PSP, and you don't have to buy something else to get on the web".

    ^ That's a little more on it.

Better not be the Google Ad version of Opera. Lol

But still, I don't want to pay to use it. O_o If it's a heck of a lot cheaper than a normal DS game then I might consider it.

oh i will only buy it if it cost 15 dollars or less.

This is awesome! I don't care how much it costs, I'm buying it. *thinks about going on the internet in his room when he should be sleeping* ^^

I'm not sure where I would use this actually.

I have a computer, I can use the internet. If my dad is on it, I can use his laptop and use our Wifi for the internet. Or if I'm in a strange mood I can surf the web on his Blackberry which is what I do while on vacation and in the car. So I have no idea where I'll use this. The off chance I want to visit PC while at McDonalds? O_o

Man, thank you for the information!

I'm definety geting this... but then, wouldn't this cause other problems? Like how would Flash content be handled?

I wouldn't get it. o_o; The screens are too small for my eyes for games built for it, let alone browsing the Internet...

I like their choice in going with Opera.
First of all, PSP went with Mozilla, so having Opera on the DS brings us into a cool new portable browsing war(yay?).

Secondly, although FF might be more stable, faster, or whatever else, Opera has much more innovation, or atleast has the characteristics of a company with it, which suit's the DS's overall outlook on it's fanbase. Anyone actually seen the DS on the internet? from a console with two screens, I think they did the best they could possible, and it suited the DS's overall style in terms of it's UI and even the body of the DS perfectly.

Lets all remember, it's not like PSP or DS is using 1:1 replicas of the browsers provided to them, they're simply asking these companies for help to create usable browsers on their system. I would never compare PSP's browser to FireFox or Mozilla, and I think the same applies to the DS's browser and Opera.

wow! this is great news! i'm definatley going to get it! i can't wait for this to come out in the USA! now i have another thing to save up money for. I'm even going to tell the peopple at my school about this!

I'm not to sure of this.I mean, I have to be at my house to Wi-Fi on to the internet, when I can clearly use a more powerful bigger screened computer to browse.I also agree that it would not be so great because of Flash and all.I mean,I would like to browse the internet on th road, but not at home on a smaller screen!I'm not buying it!
