I recently got permission from a neighbor to use their WiFi and tried out the battle scene. My team really isn't making it tho and I just dont know where I'm gonna get the coverage I need. I keep getting wiped by freaking megas. Heres my team.
    ---------------------
    Greninja@Expert Belt
    Protean
    Naive
    252 Sp.Atk, 252 Spd, 4 Hp
    Ice Beam
    Extrasensory
    Hydro Pump
    Dark Pulse
    ------------
    Garchomp@Rocky Helmet
    Rough Skin
    Bashful
    252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 Hp
    Dig
    Body Slam
    Iron Tail
    Outrage
    ---------------
    Aggron@Aggronite
    Rock Head
    Lax
    Rock Slide
    Heavy Slam
    Double-Edge
    Earthquake
    --------------
    Absol@Life Orb
    Super Luck
    Docile
    252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4Hp
    Night Slash
    Slash
    Double Team
    Psycho Cut

    Gardevoir@Lum Berry
    Synchronize
    Brave
    Psychic

I want to add a stall Dusclops and a revenge killer Weavile, but I don't know what else to add. Suggestions?

    ---------------------
    Greninja@ Expert Belt
    Protean
    Naive Timid or Modest
    252 Sp.Atk, 252 Spd Spe, 4 Hp
    Ice Beam
    Extrasensory
    Hydro Pump
    Extrasensory Grass Knot
Either you want to Greninja outspeed a lot or hit as hard as possible. Timid for speed/Modest for SpA.
Gras knot is used for coverage, don't use it on rotom wash cause he doesn't weigh much

    ------------
I don't understand your EV spread, this will work in doubles, but it's preferd to either take a tank or an attack spread
    Garchomp@ Rocky Helmet
    Rough Skin
    Bashful Jolly or Adamant
    252 Atk, 252 Spd Spe, 4 Hp
    Dig Earthquake
    Body Slam Rock Slide
    Iron Tail Dragon Claw
    Outrage Protect/Dragon Tail
Dig is not the answer, cause they know they are hit by a ground type move so an easy switch in.
Use protect for scout or Dragon Tail to phaze out pokémon who want to set up on you

    ---------------
    Aggron@ Aggronite
    Rock Head Sturdy
    Lax Impish
    252 HP / 16 Def / 240 SpD
    Rock Slide
    Heavy Slam/Iron Head
    Double-Edge Ice Punch/Thunder Wave
    Earthquake
Use Aggron as your tank, his massive Def and Mega ability Filter will eat almost every physical move. His high attack stat will still let him hit hard even uninvested.
Use sturdy as you pre-mega ability, if something happens an you are OHKO by anything, you still get an attack off

    --------------
Absol is at his best when he mega evolves, you can try him in fight, but there are better dark pokémon out there
    Absol@ Life Orb
    Super Luck Justified
    Docile Jolly/Naive
    252 Atk, 252 Spd 224Spe, 4 HP 32 SpA
    Night Slash Knock off
    Slash Sucker Punch
    Double Team Ice Beam/Fire Blast/Pursuit
    Psycho Cut Super Power
    -----------------
    Gardevoir@ Lum Berry Choice Scarf
    Synchronize Trace
    Brave Modest
    4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Psychic
    Moonblast
    Thunderbolt / Shadow Ball
    Hypnosis Trick
Hypnosis has low accuracy, and Gardvoir can't afford to miss and take damage in the face
    --------------
I want to add a stall Dusclops and a revenge killer Weavile, but I don't know what else to add. Suggestions?

Dusclops is used best in Trick-room teams, use Dusknoir instead.
    Dusknoir @ Leftovers
    Pressure
    Adamant
    252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
    - Will-o-Wisp
    - Pain Split
    - Earthquake/Fire Punch
    - Shadow Sneak

I made some notes with bold.

Ah! -hyper face palm- sorry! I just realized I typed Sp. Def instead of Speed.

I don't have access to a reliable person to trade my evolved Dusclops back to me so Dusknoir just isn't an option. The entire point of my post is that I need to totaly rework my team with diffrent pokemon and not just new moves. Thanks for the suggestions though!

Ok, but just keep in mind that natures are important. Don't just give a random nature to a pokémon. If you want to rework, come up with ideas and any member here will be glad to help;)
If you want I can help you with the Dusclops trade.

Thats the thing. I was thinking Dusclops with Evolite as the item. That leaves me with an open spot as I could probly drop Absol. I'm thinking a fire type or an electric type. Maybe Electavire with a fire attack. I'd definitly want the help getting that one. I've never really bothered with natures since I breed for IVs, but I guess if I wanna have the best team I can I should just be patient and hatch those eggs.

Greninja is an Uber in OU play. It gained Gunk Shot and Low Kick in OR/AS to better handle its checks/counters, so you should be using those:
    -Hydro Pump/Low Kick
    -Ice Beam
    -Gunk Shot
    -Dark Pulse/Grass Knot/Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 40 Atk/216 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Protean

For Garchomp, Dragon Tail should only be used on defensive sets; it won't do much merit on offensive ones, as the negative priority will screw you over so hard:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Swords Dance
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash/Lum Berry/Rocky Helmet

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Fang/Stone Edge/Substitute
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

    or
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Rock Slide
    -Fire Blast/Dragon Claw
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

Mega Aggron should provide Stealth Rock support if you don't have that already:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Heavy Slam/Iron Head
    -Thunder Wave/Avalanche/Ice Punch
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

As rob_thjis already mentioned, there are better Dark Pokemon than regular Absol. However, regular Absol is terrible because of its frailty and subpar Speed. The better Dark Pokemon to use are Weavile and Bisharp:

    Weavile:
    -Knock Off
    -Icicle Crash
    -Ice Shard
    -Low Kick/Pursuit/Poison Jab
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Pressure

    Bisharp:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Black Glasses/Dread Plate/Life Orb
    Ability: Defiant

    or
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 192 HP/220 Atk/96 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Defiant

Like Absol, Gardevoir has a subpar vanilla form and is only used for its Mega Evolution. Better Psychics and Fairies to use are Gothitelle (for trapping counters with Shadow Tag), Latios (for more power and Speed), Starmie (to provide Rapid Spin support), Azumarill (for a hard-hitting attacker), Sylveon and Clefable (both to handle Mega Sableye better):

    Gothitelle:
    -Psychic
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power (Ground)/Rest
    -Trick
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 168 HP/252 SAtk/88 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs
    Ability: Shadow Tag

    Latios:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Surf/Earthquake
    -Defog/Roost
    Nature: Timid/Hasty
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Tailwind/Defog/Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Trick
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    Starmie:
    -Scald
    -Rapid Spin
    -Reflect Type
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/16 Def/244 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Hydro Pump
    -Psyshock/Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Azumarill:
    -Waterfall
    -Play Rough
    -Aqua Jet
    -Knock Off/Superpower
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 164 HP/252 Atk/92 Spe (Choice Band) or 240 HP/252 Atk/16 SDef (Assault Vest)
    Item: Choice Band/Assault Vest
    Ability: Huge Power

    or
    -Belly Drum
    -Aqua Jet
    -Play Rough
    -Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 92 HP/252 Atk/164 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Huge Power

    Sylveon:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Hyper Voice
    -Heal Bell/Toxic
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/220 Def/36 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Pixilate

    or
    -Hyper Voice
    -Psyshock
    -Shadow Ball/Hidden Power (Fire/Ground)
    -Baton Pass
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs
    Ability: Pixilate

    Clefable:
    -Calm Mind
    -Moonblast
    -Soft-Boiled/Moonlight
    -Flamethrower/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/172 Def/84 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Magic Guard

    or
    -Calm Mind
    -Moonblast
    -Moonlight/Wish
    -Heal Bell/Protect
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Moonblast
    -Fire Blast
    -Soft-Boiled/Moonlight
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/184 Def/72 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware

I'm going to be blunt here, Dusknoir sucks. It has a good move pool, sure, but it lacks a good Ghost STAB to take advantage of. The better defensive Ghosts to turn to are Cofagrigus and Super Size Gourgeist:

    Cofagrigus:
    -Trick Room
    -Nasty Plot
    -Shadow Ball
    -Will-o-Wisp
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Leftovers

    Super Size Gourgeist:
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Leech Seed
    -Synthesis
    -Seed Bomb/Shadow Sneak
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/160 Def/96 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Frisk

It's pretty easy to get the desired nature on the pokémon with a good IV spread.
    - Use the search option in the box and find the nature you want
    - Check the pokémon with the nature if they can breed with the pokémon you want
    - Give the pokémon with the right nature an everstone
    - The offspring will always have that nature because of everstone
    - Now you can breed the offspring with a 6 IV Ditto and you pokémon will have the right nature and 4,5 or 6 IV's

Take the advice from PlatinumDude, I just made changes to the pokémon you wanted to use. He know best what pokémon should not be used and what pokémon do the job better.
I never do anything standard in team building. I just use to pokémon I like and don't care if pokémon are outclassed, but some are to weak to use in a battlespot battle. Electavire is outclassed by a lot and is not the strongest pokémon out there.

I'm going to be blunt here, Dusknoir sucks. It has a good move pool, sure, but it lacks a good Ghost STAB to take advantage of. The better defensive Ghosts to turn to are Co***rigus and Super Size Gourgeist:

    Co***rigus:
    -Trick Room
    -Nasty Plot
    -Shadow Ball
    -Will-o-Wisp
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Leftovers

Agreed Dusknoir sucks but has excellent Def and SpD.
    I use Cofagrigus this way:
    Co***rigus:
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Shadow Ball
    -Pain Split
    -Knock Off
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SpD
    Item: Rocky Helmet

I think Cofagrigus is one of the best pokémon to switch in to Talonflame. He will eat a Brave Bird up, Talonflame takes recoil damage and Rocky Helmet damage + Gale Wings is replaced by Mummy.
So either he has to switch out, Roost up or Brave Bird again and die to a Shadow Ball or Knock Off

Oh yeah that is a good point. I'm really thinking of going with a Confagorus as my wall now. Its ability is a very useful one indeed. I don't have a 6 IV ditto, but I am working on getting 6IV male pokemon that cover multiple egg groups. These can easily pass their IVs on, its just gonna take time.
Great ideas guys! :D I really didn't expect to get helped so quickly
