I would like any kind of help, feedback and/or input on building a good reliable competitive team that could possibly go with some of the Pokémon I have on my team now. I haven't really entered the competitive side of Pokémon before and would like to. Thank you.

I never really saw the point of using U-Turn on Greninja really when it has a bunch of other good moves to run like Low Kick, Gunk Shot, Grass Knot, Extrasensory, etc, and like what does U-Turn even do for it anyway?. Gunk Shot in particular is important because Greninja used to struggle a bit with (specially defensive) Fairies, and Gunk Shot let's it plow through them, and relying on Aegislash alone to deal with Fairies may not be the bets idea. You'll need 44 Attack EVs (take some out of Sp.Attack) to make the most of it.

Speaking of Aegislash, Weakness Policy Swords Dance is potentially devastating but has the issue of being crippled by burns and is reliant on set-up and tanking a super-effective hit. Not saying to not use it, just to be careful with it. Aegislash is a fairly flexible poke though, so you can run a number of other sets with it if you want. If you do stick with a physical set, the better way to do it though imo would be to swap Shadow Claw with Shadow Sneak for some strong STAB priority, which your team very much needs given how fast and priority filled the ORAS meta is. I'd also swap Swords Dance with Sacred Sword for expanded coverage (works nicely with WP vs Dark types) and the ability to literally cut through Defense boosting 'mons.

And on Thundurus, Thunderbolt>Thunder for the not shitty accuracy and I'd use something other than King's Rock as an item. That works better on stuff with Serene Grace and flinch moves like Togekiss and Jirachi, or multi-hit attackers like Cloyster and Mega Heracross.

As for the rest of the team, I think that they're more just compounding weaknesses and not providing much benefit in return (mainly Hydreigon and Chandelure). Your team right now doesn't seem like it's breaking stall, it lacks a mega, and it's a little Talonflame weak.

Stuff like Mega Gardevoir and Heal Bell+Roost Mega Altaria would give you a weapon against stall, while Mega Tyranitar or Rotom-Wash make for a decent Talonflame counter. Bulky Swords Dance Gliscor is kinda nice because it gives you the usefulness of Knock Off and can absorb status for you.

Idk, think about it a bit.

What format are you going to be using this team in? I assume it's on cartridge because of your use of Greninja and Aegislash - will this be for Single or Doubles? Battle Spot or Link Battles?
