Gonna try make this more structured than others i've ever posted:

    The Team
[PokeCommunity.com] OU: (Insert Cool Yet Meaningful Team Name Here)

    Swampert @ Leftovers
    Relaxed
    240 Hp / 216 Def / 52 SpA
    ~Earthquake
    ~Stealth Rock
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Stone Edge

Took the moveset from PokeDra really (hope he doesn't mind).
Wanted a bulky lead that could set up stealth rock reliably-e.g. not getting 1HKO'd.
Stone Edge is in there because i figured the safest counter to Gyarados would be a water-type, and it can also do some damage to Zapdos.
Ice Beam and Earthquake have decent coverage, as anything immune to Earthquake is either flying or levitating, and as far as i know no pokes in them categories resist Ice Beam (please correct me if i'm wrong).
This is probably my main Salamence counter, as it will take a lot of damage
from most moves, but Ice Beam will do just as much, if not more, back.

    Gengar @ Expert Belt
    Timid
    4 Hp / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    ~Focus Blast
    ~Shadow Ball
    ~HP Fire
    ~Thunderbolt

    My Main Special Sweeper.
HP Fire deals with Scizor, Skarmory, Metagross, Jirachi etc.
Focus Blast disposes of Heatran, Ttar (although DDTar can outspeed), Lucario (HP Fire is just as reliable, but it doesn't hurt to have two options), Mamoswine, and can also surprise a Celebi.
Thunderbolt can get rid of Gyarados.
Shadow Ball is a really powerful STAB.
I'm not sure if there's anything in the OU metagame this doesn't hit for neutral damage somewhere. Only problem is it can't counter ScarfGar, and won't survive a super-effective hit from, well, anything.

And yes, Gengar did once eat a Pikachu whole:p

[PokeCommunity.com] OU: (Insert Cool Yet Meaningful Team Name Here)

    Togekiss @ Leftovers
    Calm
    Serene Grace
    252 Hp / 192 Spe / 64 SpD
    ~Air Slash
    ~Baton Pass
    ~Roost
    ~Substitute

    Support to my sweepers really.
BPassing a Sub to Gengar can really change things, as normally Gengar gets KO'd if it switches in.
Roost means Togekiss can keep on going.
Air Slash's flinch ratio goes even higher with Serene Grace, i've found it can even 2HKO an Infernape provided there is sub protection. This move also means i don't get instantly taken out of play by a taunt. Can also deal with Breloom and Celebi.

    *image removed*
    Scizor @ Life Orb
    Adamant
    Technician
    252 Atk / 248 Hp / 8 Spe
    ~Bullet Punch
    ~Brick Break
    ~U-Turn
    ~Pursuit

Bullet Punch is a really powerful STAB with that 591 attack stat.
Brick Break means i can smack that Magnezone if it somehow traps me (I know it sounds odd, but i've got trapped by a lot of Magnezone's on smogon shoddy)
U-Turn is a powerful escape route.
Pursuit means it can revenge kill Alakazam, Latias, and put a large dent in anything that switches out.
Life Orb gives me an attack boost for a sacrifice, but also means i can switch between attacks.

[PokeCommunity.com] OU: (Insert Cool Yet Meaningful Team Name Here)

    Latias @ Kasib Berry
    Timid
    4 Hp / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Dragon Pulse
    Surf
    Psychic
    Trick

With these EVs and nature, this thing can outrun all Gengar variations but ScarfGar and most other pokemon in the metagame.
Dragon Pulse is powerful, admittedly not as much as Draco Meteor, but you can 2HKO with this.
Went Psychic over Thunderbolt for another powerful STAB, also because i have no psychic attacks. This should OHKO a Gengar.

[PokeCommunity.com] OU: (Insert Cool Yet Meaningful Team Name Here)

    Heatran @ Leftovers
    Timid
    4 Hp / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Fire Blast
    Earth Power
    Substitute
    Toxic

I've gone for an offensive team here, so i thought the most stally i would go is Sub + Toxic.
This has nearly universal coverage, and Toxic resisters (Steel + Poison), are either weak to fire or ground, or have rubbish SpD.

So there's my team. Thought about putting a Kingdra in there, but decided Latias would be more useful.

Pokedra's moveset is from Smogon, so yeah. :P

Move your 8 Spe EVs to SpD on Scizor so you are the last to U-turn.

Only the Scarf variant of Latias can outrun every Gengar set except Scarf Gengar (speed tie). With Timid and max Speed, you speed tie with Timid Gengar. Thunderbolt is more useful than Psychic is, as Psychic does not provide any coverage that the other moves don't hit, and Thunderbolt is very helpful for hitting the likes of Gyarados, Vaporeon, Suicune, etc. What is the use of Tricking a Kasib Berry? Recover would be more viable in that slot in my opinion. Kasib Berry does nothing for Latias outside of Gengar (Froslass will not manage to OHKO, nor 2HKO), and Life Orb would be more useful overall. If you want to use Dragon Pulse, it is better to use the Calm Mind set so Draco Meteor does not outclass it.

*image removed* @ Life Orb / Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    - Calm Mind
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Surf
    - Recover / Hidden Power Fire

Also, having something to hit Mence after a DD would be nice. I might edit this later to fit in a suggestion for this once I have some more time.

Yeah, Vance gave the set ages ago and it's very similar to the Smogon's :3

Yes, move the Spe EV's to SpD on Scizor. Superpower > Brick Break as well, you'll net more KO's and Scizor is a hit-en-run Pokemon.

I'd honestly throw Specs on that Latias for immediate power and that set is pretty ew or use Wolfy's set.

    *image removed*
    Latias@ Choice Specs
    Nature : Timid(-Atk, +Spe)
    EV : 4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
    -Draco Meteor
    -Trick
    -Thunderbolt / Surf
    -Dragon Pulse

Gyarados does wreck some havoc on your team after a DD if Swampert isn't on good health(which it usually isn't). I'd honestly put Celebi > Togekiss because it really has some good support options as well as a good switch-in to Grass-attacks aimed at Swampert and Celebi/Scizor can be bait for Heatran's Flash Fire.

[PokeCommunity.com] OU: (Insert Cool Yet Meaningful Team Name Here)

    Celebi@ Leftovers
    Nature : Bold(-Atk, +Def)
    EV : 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe
    -Grass Knot
    -Recover
    -Thunder Wave
    -Reflect / Leech Seed

    ok, so here's my ammendments:

    ~Shadow Ball
    ~HP Ice

    My Main Special Sweeper.
HP Ice because HP Fire drops my Spe and SpA IVs down to 30.
Focus Blast disposes of Heatran, Ttar (although DDTar can outspeed), Lucario (HP Fire is just as reliable, but it doesn't hurt to have two options), Mamoswine, and can also surprise a Celebi.

Would you rather lose to Scizor, Metagross, Jirachi, etc and speed tie with Gengar and Latias, or win against the former, and lose against Gengar and Latias? I would want to win against the steels, and usually switch out against Gengar and Latias, because even if you stay in on them with 31 IVs in Speed, you still have a chance of losing.

HP Fire doesn't have enough power to OHKO any steel that isn't 4x weak to it any way.

Bronzong / Skarmory / Metagross / Jirachi will all just use this as a turn to set up / Kill / stall out the Gengar. Not to mention it makes Gengar Prone to Dragons coming in and going lol DD in your face. Of course the dragons aren't a big problem really, as long as rocks are down. Although, it does allow some CBFlygons to get in a free attack.

No but it does 2hko them. Scizor is currently #1 and is the single foremost reason for Gengars drop in usage to remind you.

Metagross, Jirachi and Zong can all survive 2 shadow balls from his set. HP Fire 2hko's all of them iirc. Also the ever increasing Payback sp.defensive forry beats you without Hp Fire.

Shadow Ball 2hko's all the ou dragons anyway and OHKO's the most common that being Naive Salamence with SR up (with a LO though, havent done calcs for EB) so i highly doubt any of them can benefit from the DD boost, especially with a BP Scizor on the team. HP Ice is just another opportunity for Scizor to come in and go "olol" :/

yes.But the way i see it, it's 6 and two 3s.please correct me if i'm wrong.but a lot of the time Gengar survives on BP from Scizor, and if Focus Blast hits, it's goodbye Scizor.

No, CB Bullet Punch OHKO's Gengar and if you switch Pursuit gets you. So its really lose lose.

good point.but then if they use Bullet Punch, HP Fire is wasted anyway

    Ok.Point proven.
