Eagle in Hobbit (Talonflame) (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Gale Wings
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Brave Bird
    - Flare Blitz
    - Roost
    - Swords Dance

Talonflame. I'm not satisfied of him. You can suggest me a new partner.

    Muhsin (Venusaur-Mega) (M) @ Venusaurite
    Ability: Thick Fat
    EVs: 232 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 20 Spe
    Modest Nature
    IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
    - Giga Drain
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Synthesis

One of my favorite pokemon, Venusaur (Muhsin) was always a good partner and strong. I use him for ground, rock, fairy types. He is defensive and unonhitable with synthesis.

Flinch Jr. (Skarmory) (M) @ Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 248 HP / 236 Def / 24 Spe
    Bold Nature
    - Toxic
    - Air Slash
    - Defog
    - Roost

My utilitier. Defoger and toxicer. I love Skarmory viyuuuv. (Btw, I can take nickname suggestions for Skarmory)

Sub Zero (Gliscor) (M) @ Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 248 HP / 188 Def / 72 Spe
    Impish Nature
    - Earthquake
    - Knock Off
    - Toxic
    - Roost

Sub Zero is very defensive. Also my toxicer 2. Knock off is useful as you all know and Earthquake is offensive to electrick types.

    Lucy (Bisharp) (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
    Adamant Nature
    - Sucker Punch
    - Iron Head
    - Substitute
    - Protect

I know this moveset looks a little ridiculous but believe me Bisharp's defense and pressure is very useful sometimes. I won many battles thanks to Lucy and her pressure

Yo Yo Yo! (Chansey) @ Eviolite
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
    Bold Nature
    - Stealth Rock
    - Aromatherapy
    - Soft-Boiled
    - Seismic Toss

No need to say anything. My healer. My right arm. My nurse and my love.

Air Slash is a bad option on Skarmory because of its low Special Attack. If you really must use offensive moves on it, the ones you should use are Brave Bird (for a stronger physical STAB; sure, the recoil breaks Sturdy, but that can be fixed with Roost) or Counter (to bounce back physical hits that Skarmory survives). Of course, use an Impish nature with Brave Bird, or Bold with Counter. If you really wanted recoil-free alternatives, there's Drill Peck and Iron Head. Whirlwind and Taunt also provide better utility than Toxic, IMO:
    -Brave Bird/Counter
    -Whirlwind/Taunt
    -Defog/Spikes
    -Roost
    Nature: Impish/Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy

    or
    -Iron Head
    -Spikes
    -Whirlwind/Taunt
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy

Defiant is Bisharp's main niche in discouraging opponents from using Defog and/or Sticky Web, and you're just wasting that away. Bisharp also isn't an effective Pressure staller, IMO, mainly due to its common weaknesses. Here are much better takes on Bisharp. If you really wanted to use bulky Bisharp, there's Assault Vest, which takes advantage of Bisharp's decent set of resistances, though it locks it into using offensive moves only:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Knock Off
    -Iron Head
    -Swords Dance/Pursuit
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe or 204 Atk/52 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry/Black Glasses/Dread Plate
    Ability: Defiant

    or
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 192 HP/220 Atk/96 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Defiant

For Gliscor, specially defensive is better, as weird as this sounds. Therian Tornadus and Gengar are rather prominent and specially defensive spreads help Gliscor deal with them (obviously, Water and Ice moves still do a lot to it, though). Gliscor is still decently physically bulky even with minimal physically defensive investment. It can stall break 2 different ways, one to overwhelm the wall's defenses with Swords Dance and the other to stop them from setting up entirely:
    -Swords Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Knock Off/Facade
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 244 HP/8 Def/200 SDef/56 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

    or
    -Earthquake/Knock Off
    -Taunt
    -Toxic
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 244 HP/8 Def/200 SDef/56 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

Chansey is rather passive and kills momentum, making it unsuited offensive and balanced teams like this. It's better in stall teams. Clefable is the better alternative in this case:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Moonblast
    -Heal Bell/Aromatherapy
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware

Sharp Beak is the better item for Talonflame, as this powers up Brave Bird without it taking extra recoil from Life Orb. It can even opt for item less Acrobatics if you don't like Brave Bird's recoil. Move the last 4 EVs to either defensive stat, as putting them into HP (assuming a 31 HP IV) makes its HP even, meaning Talonflame gets KOed by 2 switches into Stealth Rock instead of 3. If you don't like offensive Swords Dance Talonflame, here are some alternatives:
    -Swords Dance
    -Brave Bird/Acrobatics
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/none
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Steel Wing/Tailwind
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Brave Bird/Acrobatics
    -Bulk Up/Will-o-Wisp
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SDef/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/none
    Ability: Gale Wings

Thank you so much. I kept in mind Skarmory options and Bisharp with Defiant. I guess I don't need to change Chansey because she's really great for this team. She counters many sp attackers. When Gliscor encountered a pokémon with Ice attack, I immediately change to Chansey so poff. Ice Beam is not a problem no more. Of course, battle ain't going as I planned sometimes.

    Talonflame
This set is pretty standard, however I personally have never been the biggest fan of Swords Dance on Talonflame given how frail it is. Considering that you use Skarmory with Defog, it may be beneficial to you to consider U-turn for this set.

    Venusaur
I think I would favor Hidden Power Ice more, you already have Talonflame for Fire-type coverage and Venusaur gets the same type benefits (hitting other Grass/Poison-types, and now Dragons).

    Skarmory
I'm kinda curious why you chose to use a specially offensive Skarmory when its base Attack is twice as much as its base Special Attack. I don't know if taking the chance of RNG being in your favor with flinch would be worth the significant power drop. I would opt to switch to Impish nature, and replace Air Slash with Iron Head, for better type coverage. (There's still a 30% flinch chance with Iron Head).

    Gliscor
    Pretty standard.

    Bisharp
Substitute on Bisharp is pretty unconventional. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of experience with Bisharp.

    Chansey
    Again like Gliscor, pretty standard.

Your team has a lot of balance and seems to be working out, but I feel it could work better with the tweaks mentioned here and above.

    1. Swords Dance Talonflame is effective at forcing switches to give it an easier time to set up Swords Dance and it has priority recovery in Roost (which is affected by Gale Wings like Brave Bird). U-turn is better left on Choice Band Talonflame, IMO, to have a stronger hit.

    2. I already suggested the change to Brave Bird, Iron Head, or Drill Peck.

    3. I already pointed out why regular Venusaur isn't good compared to its Mega counterpart, as well as an alternative.

    4. Chansey is too passive for balanced and offensive teams; it's better off in stall teams only.
