I'd go Lefties over Air Balloon on Heatran, as it lacks recovery outside of Leftovers; Ground moves can be dealt with by switching to a teammate who resists/is immune to them. 248 HP is also used for Heatran as opposed to 252, as this makes it take less damage from Stealth Rock.

Why Flying Press? I don't see it accomplishing anything that High Jump Kick can't:
-Steel Pokemon in general are neutral to the move, when they can be hit super effectively by High Jump Kick
-hilariously, the occasional Magnezone resists it.
-Flying Press is significantly weaker than High Jump Kick. Examples:

    +2 252+ Atk Hawlucha Flying Press vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Garchomp: 237-279 (66.2 - 77.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

    +2 252+ Atk Hawlucha High Jump Kick vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Garchomp: 384-453 (107.2 - 126.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+2 Flying Press can't significantly damage anything, while High Jump Kick outright nukes the target. The miss chance from High Jump Kick is annoying, yes, but Hawlucha needs all the power it can get, given that 92 Attack isn't really the best stat to attack with. Also, U-turn makes Hawlucha waste away its Unburden boost. See, after Unburden activates, Hawlucha is basically forced to stay in battle; if it switches out, it loses the Unburden boost for the rest of the match, making U-turn a bad option. Swords Dance > U-turn, as the extra power could be helpful:
    -Swords Dance
    -High Jump Kick
    -Acrobatics
    -Sky Attack
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 8 HP/252 Atk/248 Spe
    Item: Power Herb
    Ability: Unburden

I don't think Stockpile is worth it, as this means that something like Garchomp can set up alongside Cradily and eventually overpower it with +4 or +6 Attack. Another support option would be better, IMO, like Stealth Rock or Toxic, in case Heatran goes down.

Now that Aegislash is gone, Mega Gardevoir doesn't really need Shadow Ball anymore. Focus Blast is the better option for dealing with Steel Pokemon better. 24 Def/232 SAtk/252 Spe also lets Mega Gardevoir take 2 Psyshocks from Latios.

Regarding Snorlax, I agree that Heavy Slam should go; it doesn't do anything noteworthy:
    -Return/Body Slam
    -Earthquake
    -Crunch/Fire Punch
-Self-Destruct (to go out with a bang once you feel Snorlax has done its job)
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 SDef/4 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Thick Fat

I'll try that Hawchula set definitely. Never liked the Hi Jump Kick's recoil if you miss.

Stockpile is pretty useful, however I see where you are coming from. Also in regards to Shadow Ball, I was thinking of using Focus Miss Blast, however Shadow Ball seems to be covering more bases, especially opposing MGardes, ghosts and psychics.

The other problem I see with Shadow Ball is that Hyper Voice already rips through the aforementioned types you mentioned. Ex:

    232 SpA Pixilate Mega Gardevoir Hyper Voice vs. 252 HP / 24 SpD Slowbro: 264-312 (67 - 79.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

    232 SpA Mega Gardevoir Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 24 SpD Slowbro: 242-286 (61.4 - 72.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

    232 SpA Pixilate Mega Gardevoir Hyper Voice vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Gardevoir: 175-207 (63.1 - 74.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

    232 SpA Mega Gardevoir Shadow Ball vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Gardevoir: 160-190 (57.7 - 68.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

In other words, a neutral Pixilated Hyper Voice actually outdamages a 2x super effective Shadow Ball. That's another reason why it's not that necessary anymore.

Hmm, seems pretty stall weak. Mega Gardevoir is the only bad match-up for stall but it is by no means an auto-win. You have a lot of bulky Pokemon that fine individually but aren't really working toward a coherent strategy, and the Lanturn/Lax/Cradily/Tran slots could be condensed to be used more efficiently. You need another Pokemon that can break down opposing defensive cores. For example, Cradily is nice and all, but if you're intent on a bulky set-up Pokemon, Suicune allows for that while giving you a far superior win condition. (CM Clef could also work but I'm not so sure about two special attacking Fairies who both are strong--and weak--to the same types of team archetypes.)

Sand offense and birdspam are also huge problems. Nothing is stopping Excadrill for very long, and MegaTar is a big threat too. Mega Pinsir can pretty much 6-0 this team.

To fix these problems, you've got to cut the fat a bit. I don't have anything against Lanturn or Cradily, but they're not really *doing* anything except the occasional Heal Bell. I would consider running Rotom-W over Lanturn. While I think Rotom kinda blows (very easily worn down), it can at least hold off Pinsir (sorta) and non-Mold Breaker Exca. It also keeps Volt Switch momentum/chip damage on your team.

As for Cradily's slot, I would run offensive Azumarill or Keldeo. Both check MegaTar. Azumarill is better against Excadrill (Aqua Jet) and, if you run Superpower, can lure the omnipresent Ferrothorn for M-Gard, but Keldeo applies more pressure to stall teams while giving you some Speed, which really wouldn't hurt.
